Lovely print and frame matched very well , and really happy with overall look. There was no instruction how to remove the plastic film , i think this needs addressing.

I love the prints from Desenio ! However, I still haven’t received my order. I ordered 10 days before Christmas as a present ! We’re now into January and I still haven’t got my delivery, it has been nearly 4 weeks :(

Unclear Information

The impression is given that pictures ordered with frames will arrive already assembled together. Tis is not the case. Also no advisory that this is not the case so you get a frame with no picture in it and have to go through the hassle of contacting customer services to be told that your picture will come seperately

Do not bother!

The customer service when you have an issue is appalling they basically say everything is fine when it clearly isn't. The quality of the prints that I received was something I could've done at home by just copying pasting the image and printing it out. I will never be buying from them ever again such a waste of money.

My frame arrived damaged, l have tried to get in touch for a replacement, no one has got back to me, l sent photos and numerous emails. Nothing. Now l have a poster without a frame and a loss of the cost of the frame as it can't be used. Very unsatisfied, appalling service. Would not buy from them again.

Beware of return charges!

I wanted to return 2 frames. As they were £16.99 per frame and there is a £9.99 postage charge I was told there would be no refund. Very disappointed customer whose total order was £178.00. Also prints were all damaged at the corners , were not packaged well. Would not recommend this company.

Received poster fairly quickly but actual print was poor - over exposed, background colour paler than the online image, and some the frame clips at the back were stuck - had to get a screwdriver to free them. Have ordered from Poster Store - prints were better colour and more saturated.

Quality prints but Delivery falls short

Quality prints, but lacks in delivery with Evri. Always love working with Desenio but the delivery side is lacking. It's a great initiative to utilise delivery to Evri pick ups but this can take alot longer than what is shown with no updates to the reason for the delay unless you chase.

Still waiting a reply about when I will receive my order 3 weeks after placing it, unable to speak to someone on the phone as the message is always we are put the out until tomorrow. Terrible customer service, will now be requested my money back when I’m able to contact someone

Will never purchase from Desenio again. Delivery had defaulted to a locker pick up despite the receipt saying it was being delivered to my address. Customer services useless and didn't provide details of the dispute process per their Terms and Conditions when I requested them.

I ordered items on 19th August and not received

I ordered items on 19th August. I have not received them yet. I did click and collect. I have emailed Desenio and they advise they take 3-5 days to reply. It was via click and collect but items have not arrived at the stores I chose to collect them at.

So disappointed at the print quality

I’m so disappointed with my print it is terrible quality. Areas of the print are pixelated and with clear white outlines. Then to top it off you have to pay for a refund. Just a disappointment end to end, even though it arrived fairly promptly

Print size Ordered 50x 70x prints and I got 50x 70x frames from the range and I couldn’t afford your frames, the prints were just ever so slightly big, I ended up having to pencil out the frame and cut off pieces to make it fit securely

Very poor quality. I Received 2 gold frames and 2 prints for my dressing room and was so disappointed in the poor quality of the items. I have sent them back and now waiting for them to say they have received them so they can refund me.

Delivery was late and poor customer service

Delivery was late and missed expected delivery and no offer of a delivery refund when I contacted customer services, communication was poor. A shame as the prints are lovely but let down massively by delivery and customer service

Despite clearly stating parcel 1 of 2 only 1 was delivered. Poorly packaged and very poor quality. Wood shelf is full of ugly knots and fissures. No pre drilled holes for legs which are still to arrive. It’s going back.

One of my pictures has a mark on it but I have not been able to get hold of you to get it changed! Or refunded. The number doesn’t work and the contact form won’t work it won’t let me attach a photo and won’t send.

My first order never arrived. Desenio then refused to resend with next day delivery. The also offered no discount on repurchasing. The packaging is also not very sturdy so the prints are easily damaged at the ends.

Only 1 star because they use Evri for delivery. Evri are worse than useless and because of this I will not buy from Desenio again. Paid for delivery to my house but had to do a 20 mile round trip to pick up item.

Ordered on 27/11 and Evri have yet to confirm delivery to trusted shop despite updating the tracker stating it would be delivered about 5 days ago. Still no confirmation from them that it has been delivered

Print still not delivered. Over a week late at least. Probably more to do with Hermes or Evra or whatever their current name is, but responsibility lies with seller. They are are a notoriously bad carrier.

The picture was cheap plastic on a frame which I hated and they had no proper Returns policy in place as they are based in Czech Republic so I wasn't going to pay to send it back. I gave it to charity.
