Tried many times to call them. Nobody ever picked up. Wrote to them: nobody ever replied! By contrast, I called Vinissimus Spain: immediate response, and very pro, friendly and competent. Learning: I will never again try to deal with Vinissimus UK, and always go directly through the Spanish team

Excellent customer service and speedy delivery with a good aloof wines to choose from

I ordered 18 bottles of wine from this company and received 18 HALF bottles of wine. There was no clear mention on the order description that these were half bottles, which I would expect any reputable and honest seller to make clear on their listing. The telephone number they have on their website for customer service is inactive and they do not reply to emails. Furthermore they list a UK address yet they are based in Spain. Avoid this company as they are clearing running a dishonest business and scamming customers out of their hard earned money.
