The purchased content is perfect but the delivery arrangements left much to be desired. On 4 separate days we were emailed "Your delivery is expected between 1015 and 1415 today" - on each day no delivery arrived: we stayed at home in case a signature/ID was required. A change of delivery status appeared the next day - same result though, no delivery and then again.
It is good that UPS provides updates aplenty but not good if these prove inaccurate/hopeful

I tried to reschedule my delivery as I only informed about the actual delivery time20hrs before it was delivered. I was away for several days and neither of my neighbours were available to accept delivery on my behalf.
UPS website would not allow me to reschedule delivery, despite the Virtual Agent telling me I could.
I rang the UPS Customer Servie Line, but after over 20min and talking to two agents was told that they could reschedule delivery, and informed me that only Vinissimus (the shipper) could revise the delivery schedule. They seemed to indicate this was acondition of the UPS's contract with UPS??
I sent an email to Vinissimus but didn't get a response, so rang them and no one answered the phone.
So, I emailed again indicating the urgency. I received a prompt response advising they would endeavour to reschedule the delivery but to no avail. The order was delivered and UPS left two boxes of wine on my open porch, in full view of a public road, without a signed acceptance of delivery.
I was put to considerable inconvenience contacting friends to arrange for someone to make a trip to my house, to collect the abandoned boxes until I returned 4 days later ( abandoned on 14 August and I returned from Spain on 17 August 2025).

Tried many times to call them. Nobody ever picked up. Wrote to them: nobody ever replied! By contrast, I called Vinissimus Spain: immediate response, and very pro, friendly and competent. Learning: I will never again try to deal with Vinissimus UK, and always go directly through the Spanish team

Great packaging as ever, UPS were great and the updates were much better than in previous orders. Delivery was just a week too rather than up to three weeks, so improved delivery and communication are great. Choice of wine and offers really amazing and especially the Spanish which is much better than the ‘stuff’ we get in the supermarket.

There was no clear mention on the order description that these were half bottles, which I would expect any reputable and honest seller to make clear on their listing. The telephone number they have on their website for customer service is inactive and they do not reply to emails. Furthermore they list a UK address yet they are based in Spain. Avoid this company as they are clearing running a dishonest business and scamming customers out of their hard earned money.
