DHL did not deliver on the day stated (April 27) so I rang Strictly Wine and spoke to Brian, who was extremely helpful and courteous, going way above and beyond what he needed to do. He discovered the reason for DHL not delivering -- breakage -- and took the trouble to notify me of this, telling me to leave everything to him, which I have done. As I write, on the morning of Wednesday April 29, the wine has still not arrived, but `I have every confidence in Brian and Strictly Wine and I am sure it will be delivered boy the end of the week.

It took a while for my order to arrive as there was a stock take. I had to ring to confirm when the order was arriving. Would’ve be good if I could have had notification earlier. Ordering from the internet is always a gamble, so it was concerning when I didn’t get an acknowledgment of my order and a delivery time. However, that said, the wine arrived well packed and it was an excellent price. Prompt replies to my emails. Overall a good company to deal with.

This is my first transaction with Strictly Wine. As a previous wine supplier had created delivery problems as well as availability of some chosen wines I had concerns about this first transaction. In addition I had read the negative revues about Strictly Wines. However, the outcome if this first transaction was wine was supplied on time and is exactly the wine that I ordered. A successful outcome, thank you.

A simple but wide catalogue... comprehensive, easy to navigate and select from. Great selection and range of wines. Payment was easy - a simple process easily and quickly concluded. Delivery was fast and efficient... no long waiting period between ordering, delivering and enjoying!! Quick and succinct communication. A great supplier offering excellent wines and providing great service... I haven't been disappointed yet and don't expect to be.

Porteno Malbec is really worth a try. I first tasted it in Burnham Market a few weeks ago. I enjoyed it so much decided to find where I could order it from and Strictly wine came up trumps. Easy to order and fast delivery.

My contact with Brian was very positive. Sadly DHL let the side down it taking them 3 attempts over 3 days days and a telephone call for them to find my address. This is where Brian came in and did his bit with DHL. So 5 stars for Brian, none for DHL. I must also comment on the packaging of my order which was the best I have ever seen used for wine delivery.

First time I bought from this company. I chose it on price, for some decent Malbec, Strictly Wine seem to have got it as good as you would want: they inform you about each stage of the buying process, they deliver quickly and on time (at the busiest time of year), the bottles are really well packed and the price was the best I could find on the search. I don’t know what their advice and support is like — I haven’t rung to discuss wines, nor have I needed to complain. But so far, I can’t fault them. Well done you guys!

Really quick delivery. Packaged well. Regular updates on the my account page made the order easy to track. I bought the Ripa delle more 2022 red wine, I knew that this vintage was a 14%ABV from a previous bottle, but noticed the data sheet on your website said 15%ABV, the bottles that arrived were 14%ABV as I already expected. Not an issue for me at all, but thought I should point it out so it can be corrected for other shoppers.

Great wine, made better by great service. We had this wine at a restaurant, really enjoyed it and were delighted to find it on Strictly Wines. From order to receipt, process was seamlessly executed. Nicely done.

Easy to order came quickly. The delivery company however just dumped the box in the hall without even bothering to ring the bell.

Fantastic service. Ordered the fine and it waaa delivered very quickly with DHL. They gave me a 2 hour time slot on the day. I have to leave a review as I was a bit nervous to order as not many reviews but fantastic wine and service.
