Prompt delivery on all of my orders with good packaging and in good condition upon arrival. Peter has been very helpful with all my orders and any problems is sorted there and tend. I have been a customer of cigar of Cuba for sometime now. Every transactions with cigar of Cuba has been a positive outcome. Order before 2pm and I got my cigars the next day, free delivery of course. This company has been very generous throughout my time with them. I have been offered alternative quality cigars when I put in my order and they are out of stock without paying the extras. This happened on a few occasions and I am really pleased about it. Never had I experienced this with any other cigar company. I consider myself more than a satisfied customer. Thank you Peter for being so versatile and thoughtful. The prices of top quality cigars are at a very competitive price. Plenty of affordable samplers on sale throughout the year. Definitely will recommend anyone to be a customer of cigar of Cuba to capitalise on the quality service which I have experienced with this company. Try it and you won’t be disappointed.

Service was first class with very fast shipping and excellent packing complete with a boveda pack to keep them in perfect condition, not to mention being the best price around. Very reasonable price on especially premium cigars! Great service and prompt delivery. I am a regular customer with this company and so far it has been up to my expectations. Not like other cigar suppliers, keep jacking up prices at will. Sometime twice a year! Will definitely stay a loyal customer and a satisfied customer.

You will not beat this long established shop for Cigars. Peter the owner is a one off, he is so friendly and helpful, and will advise you on anything about Cigars. When sent through the post they are packed with care in strong little boxes, so they don’t get damaged, you could search Countrywide and you will not find better.

Super-speedy, reliable and friendly! If only all companies with an online presence were like this lovely company. If I order earlyish in the day, my order arrives the next day. They have never failed in this aspect, even though they have never given a promise of a 24 hour delivery. They are so reliable - and I wish them a very Happy Christmas!!

A great service from Peter. Nothing was too much hassle, I would recommend AE Lloyd above any other tobacconist in the uk. From placing your order to receiving it, you’re kept informed and you normally receive your items the next day. (Barring Sundays). Also items come extremely well packaged. Just a top rated service end to end.

The shop did great. I have ordered 4 cigars, one of them turns out not to be in stock. The shop replaced it with larges size and a bit more expensive one on their expense. The package arrived in a stylish box, well sealed and with perfect moistured cigars inside. Prompt same day dispatching, and next day delivery Very pleased with Cigars of Cuba!

Very smooth ordering process and fast delivery. Well packed. We love the Cohiba mini’s, especially when we go on holiday! Because of there being a weekend and a bank holiday after I ordered late on Friday afternoon, I phoned about my order and was very happy with the efficient communication and reassurance about my delivery. Would definitely recommend this company.

This company provides an excellent service & highly recommended, I recently made an order which was delayed by their suppliers & I received some complimentary tobacco which was a very nice gesture especially as the delay was beyond their control.
