An incomplete transaction fulfilled!
The payment process did not fully complete (probably my fault - it couldn't be BT, could it!) and although I abandoned the transaction when I found that the stock did not subsequently appear to be available, I was contacted to ask if I would like to complete the purchase, and the staff made every effort to ensure that I could obtain what I originally wanted - and I added on a further few bottles as I was so pleased!

One little request - it would be great to search your system for "Vintage" port only without having to wade through the reams of LBV & Colheita listed.
I'm sure I'm not the only person out there who only buys vintage and although I'm at the lower end of the spend scale, the other end of the scale must be some of your most lucrative clients... ??

Easy to use website, fair prices, gift wrap options and came well packaged.
Prompter than expected delivery through a 3rd party but unfortunately my order was left for hours on the doorstep in the open contrary to label, instructions and expectations. I haven't marked down for this because they can't be responsible for 3rd parties. However, I did inform the company and they apologised and said they'd look into it.
