Customers consistently praise the careful, secure, and thoughtful packaging that keeps products fresh and undamaged. The fast, reliable, and on-time delivery is highly appreciated by customers. Many value the wide and unique range of Polish products, and the high quality and freshness of products frequently delight customers. Support is described as friendly, helpful, quick to resolve issues or refunds, and highly recommended. Some also appreciate the ease of ordering. A few customers desire even more variety in the product selection. While some find ordering easy, others mention that the website is outdated, slow, or lacking features. Additionally, although prices are generally seen as reasonable, some customers mention high delivery costs or products being more expensive compared to local stores.

The meats are absolutely lovely great flavours delivery very good even when communicating by email with them because use by dates were not on some of them they got back to me in under 2 hours I thought was really good what I would like them to do is either on their website or by putting a note in with your order weather you can freeze any of the meats that you have just bought just a minor thing but would be most useful to me…….
Reply from uk.foodplu.eu
Thank you for your valuable suggestion regarding information about whether the meat can be frozen. We’re delighted that you appreciate both the quality of our products and the service provided by our team.

Only reason for 4 stars, not 5 is the fact that minimum order is 49£. I would order more offten if minimum amount would be smaller. + Delivery is 9£ so where is problem to send items worth only 25 or 30? After all everything was packed very well. Expire dates was good.
Reply from uk.foodplu.eu
Thank you for your review and for appreciating the quality of our packaging and the use-by dates of our products.
We understand that the minimum order value may feel limiting. The £49 minimum reflects the costs involved in picking, packing and delivering orders.
It’s also worth remembering that you can qualify for free delivery. This is available on orders over £99, or when you add one of the products included in our current free delivery promotion to your basket. You can find full details and the list of promotional products on our homepage.
We hope these options will make your future orders even better value. Thank you for shopping with us, and we hope to see you again soon! ❤️
