Delivery of 20 bottles of wine.
Ordered 20 bottles of wine. Delivered by DPD 2 boxes on a Saturday. One box contained 2 broken bottles of wine. Informed Food + same day, received reply first thing Monday asking for photographs. Sent photographs but they did not received them. I explained the problem and they immediately refunded my money. Later I found a incorrect description of a wine on their site, they thanked me and stated the would correct the description.
It was nice to be treated as a customer and to have the problem resolved very quickly. Well Done.

The food is great. Little expensive in places , delivery is very quick and very well boxed and preserved.Delivery is quite expensive if you don’t buy the specials to cancel out the delivery costs. Overall once bought never to be bettered.

Jako kilkuletni klient jestem zadowolona z zamówionych produktów i procesu zamawiania. Większość zamówień była/jest w porządku.
