Use a different courier, evri are under investigation from Ofcom. Yodel are no better. If I have to pay for my delivery I expect a trusted delivery service.
Customer communication needs much improvement. I had no idea that my orders had been despatched. I checked my order history and saw that the stays was "fulfilled". This prompted me to contact support who then informed me that my parcels were being handled by evri. This information should have been handed to me upfront first, it shouldn't be up to me or evri to hand this information over.
I think I've been very lenient with 3 stars considering I wasn't informed of my delivery which I paid for to be handled by a courier company who are less than reputable.
