Sleep much better and the room smells better
I bought this as my flat has a damp smell and while the leak has been fixed it still stank badly. This also helped a lot with my allergens, with better sleep and no chest pain. The night mode is nearly silent and I am sensitive to sound but can sleep easy with it on.
The other modes are all reasonable noise levels. I don't use Plasmawave feature and continue to use the product all the time.

I was dubious ordering from here after reading recent reviews but because the air purifier I wanted was on offer, I decided it was a chance worth taking.
I was not disappointed and I was kept up to date with delivery times by the delivery company.
Amazingly my air purifier was due to arrive next day and it did.
I have found tgat it works perfectly and cleated the air from a lot of dust due to sanding a wall and the air feels so much fresher.
I am very happy with the overall experience and the item does what it should.

I bought the Zero-S by the way, which is compact, quiet and nice looking. Putting it in the bedroom to help with hayfever symptoms.

After having returned 3 shark breath easy purifiers because of them developing the same fault after a month I purchased Winix Zero-S and in my opinion it is far superior in all aspects and is doing a much better job than the Shark was doing even when it was apparently working as it should before the fault developed.

Fantastic bit of kit, I can see how clean my air is. When auto is activated it will adjust the air flow based on the air quality. Only gripe I have is it’s quite loud when in operation, especially when in turbo mode it’s like a plane taking off!

I placed my order and recieved it 6 days later which was great. Only issue was that I was not sent any shipping information. I was not notified of when the order was dispatched and did not recieve any track and trace information or notification of delivery. I was getting concerned after 6 days that I had not heard anything regarding my order only to return to my property to find it waiting for me in atrium of my flat building. The order email advised I was going to be notified of dispatch and provided a track and trace id which I did not recieve. Product works great and is quieter than expected at low fan speed. Almost not audible. If you want product suggestions for improvement a second handle would be useful for mobility and getting out of the box. Also a slight change in the guide/manual as it is hard to tell if plasma wave is on or not. Doesn't state if light turned on means off or on.

I’ve been using the Winix 5500-2 for a couple of weeks now and I’m really impressed. It’s one of the best things I’ve bought for my room.

I like everything about the air purifier… but!
I like everything about the air purifier including the app, is easy to use. I have one major gripe however and it's that the unit automatically goes into sleep mode when it's dark and I have no way to override that it seems. In winter it's going to be in sleep most most of the day, that's bonkers!
