I placed my order and recieved it 6 days later which was great. Only issue was that I was not sent any shipping information. I was not notified of when the order was dispatched and did not recieve any track and trace information or notification of delivery. I was getting concerned after 6 days that I had not heard anything regarding my order only to return to my property to find it waiting for me in atrium of my flat building. The order email advised I was going to be notified of dispatch and provided a track and trace id which I did not recieve. Product works great and is quieter than expected at low fan speed. Almost not audible. If you want product suggestions for improvement a second handle would be useful for mobility and getting out of the box. Also a slight change in the guide/manual as it is hard to tell if plasma wave is on or not. Doesn't state if light turned on means off or on.

I’ve been using the Winix 5500-2 for a couple of weeks now and I’m really impressed. It’s one of the best things I’ve bought for my room. I mainly use it to deal with vape smoke and general stuffy air, and it works really well. It noticeably clears the air and reduces lingering smells. The auto mode is excellent — it quickly detects changes in air quality and ramps up when I vape or use sprays, which shows it’s actively working. I also like that it helps keep the room feeling fresh even when the window is only slightly open. It doesn’t cool the room like air conditioning, but it definitely improves how the air feels. Delivery was fast as well, arriving within a couple of days. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone dealing with smoke, odours, or stale air in a bedroom.

Speedy delivery, super easy to set up, ready to go in literally a minute or two. Very quiet operation, I have it in the bedroom and I don’t even need to put it into sleep mode at night! Dog also sleeps in the bedroom and there’s definitely less of an odour and the air feels fresher. Highly recommended.

On the winix website they were selling the A332 for £39 each so I bought two then got a further £10 off for registering so got two for £68 which is an absolute bargain. So easy to set up and highly recommend this model.

The ordering was quick and easy. However, I did not receive an email of dispatch or tracking and there was no way I can check the status of the order. The delivery did happen a few days later without any notice.

I bought this unit to replace a smaller one that I have. I use it because I have a wood burner and often smoke emanates from door when loading with wood. Cleans air very well. In normal mode it runs quite silently and not too bad when fan speed increases which isn’t too long. The unit is very efficient and is economical to use as a low power rating. Well worth the asking price.

I like everything about the air purifier including the app, is easy to use. I have one major gripe however and it's that the unit automatically goes into sleep mode when it's dark and I have no way to override that it seems. In winter it's going to be in sleep most most of the day, that's bonkers!

Next day delivery was a nice surprise along with the £ off code made air purifier cheaper than Amazon. Lovely and quiet, the auto mode is great. Love that it shows how clean the air is Def helping my partners hayfever.

Very easy to buy direct and the purifier was delivered very quickly. Can't comment on performance as it has only been on a a short time but in eco mode it is very quiet - Zero-S.
