Damaged Frankie sink, refusing to refund or replace
We ordered a Frankie sink which was delivered at home when I was out. On return when we opened and inspected it the sink was cracked. The sink was poorly packaged with no solid protection like bubble wrap or thermocol and not even a fragile sticker was on pack.
When we contacted Loriano they refused to offer a refund or replacement citing delay in reporting damage which happened as I did not wanted my builders to open it in my absence. We are still within 30 days of ordering and receiving the product
We are highly disappointed with Loriano as they sent product poorly packaged which may have caused sink to crack during transit and then refusing to help customers

The tap was faulty. We contacted them by email several times we have had no reply. Most of their customers service is AI.
We managed to speak to Dimitar over the phone. He was courteous and tried to helpful but there has been no progress after that.
They offer a 5 year warranty for the pure sink tap. We are unable to get a replacement/ refund in a couple of weeks.
We are now expecting a refund as we have no faith in the company and we have informed our credit card company.

Our sink came from Europe it was badly packed with no thermocoal , it came brought ken and Loriano is refusing to accept damaged good
