Vielen Dank, amitamin.

The delivery and payment are really totally uncomplicated. Ordered today, delivered tomorrow! I ordered Arthro360 for the second time, I am very satisfied, I can walk very well and quickly again. I have osteoarthritis in my knee and couldn't go further than 200 meters because my pain was so severe.

My experience with ordering in your online shop: The order and payment process was extremely problematic. The entire procedure took at least half an hour before the system finally allowed the redirection. The problem in detail: In the shopping cart, I first enter my personal data, then select the payment method – everything works up to this point. First point of criticism: PayPal is missing as a payment option, although it is a common payment method today. Second point of criticism: When I select credit card payment in the browser on Android, enter all card details, check the terms and conditions and the cancellation policy boxes, and then press 'Order with obligation to pay', nothing happens for a long time. If I go back to the previous page and try again, the same problem occurs: I am not redirected to the next page. The checkmarks are set and visible. I only succeeded when I greatly enlarged (zoomed in on) the area with the checkmarks and tapped directly next to the boxes on the screen – each in the same line. After that, my order was registered, and I was redirected to the next page. I hope my description helps you identify and fix the problem. I would wish for a smoother process with my next order. Amazon is generally not an option for me.

My daughter had severe hair loss over a long period, and we tried various supplements that only helped the manufacturer make sales. Since January 2026, she has been taking one amitamin in the morning and evening, and since March 2026, there has been a noticeable improvement in hair quality and hardly any hair loss. We are more than relieved about this and do not plan to stop the intake for now.

The communication was not timely. I some days for my email to be responded to. The delivery was very poor. Royal emailed me at some point to say they have tried delivery my item and that no one was at home, whereas they never tried any delivery that day. I am still wondering how an organization can be allowing such level of deceit to be thriving. Quite worrisome!

Even if a bit longer than usual, the order arrived well packaged after about 4 days. One is already spoiled 😉. Everything is as ordered. If the 'treatment' with the capsules now lives up to what it promises, I am more than satisfied.

I am completely satisfied. Everything was perfect with the order, customer service, and delivery. Very good value for money. I always order my liver + milk thistle capsules here. High-quality quality.

I've been ordering Tryptovit Night from you for years, and I am very satisfied with the consistent quality and reasonable price, as well as the fastest delivery. Thank you very much, with kind regards, Franziska Sattler

I have been a customer at Amitamin Shop since 2015 and year after year I get Arthro 360. Believe it or not, I still don't need knee surgery, even though I was told back in 2014 that I couldn't avoid surgery, but Arthro 360 has spared me from this operation so far. I write a 5-star review with every order and can unconditionally recommend this product.

Product and delivery top! I have been satisfied with the Hairplus product for years and the delivery is always super fast.

I am still very satisfied with the quality of "Arthro360". Unfortunately, the long-standing price has now been increased and thus adjusted to the general trend . . .

Payment processing only with credit card or prepayment - PayPal not possible. Shipping via packing station or parcel shop is chaotic, has already gone wrong several times because either the post number, parcel shop, or packing station was incorrectly specified by the logistics department. The products are all recommended.

The order was processed quickly and arrived on time. I can't say anything about the product yet because I've only been using it for a few days.

Efficient and timely service. Vitamin combination that seems to work

Hair recovery after about 3 months. It works, but you have to persevere and take the remedy accordingly.

Next delivery please with a longer shelf life, or from a new production 🙏 The capsules are really amazing, I have recommended them to many friends

Had good experiences with it. Pain is not as strong anymore! However, osteoarthritis doesn't go away from it!

Found on the internet, secure and uncomplicated ordering as well as timely arrival, paid by invoice and done. Thank you

Direct response to the order and immediate delivery 👍

I am taking amitamin now for 2x90 days. My hip problems have improved a little. Now I have received the 3rd delivery. I previously had another product that helped me for almost 20 years. But suddenly no longer. Final assessment after 90 days. Then surgery or continue with amitamin. Regards, Werner Krauss
