Elegant and strong
I waited to have everything installed before writing my review, so just for reference, I got the whirlpool bath before Christmas but we got everything ready now in March. Not gonna lie, the remodelling of our bath took longer than expected, but now it looks like a Pinterest board. I got the one called Itaka in white with white headrests. You can actually remove those but I think they also look very elegant. The best thing are the jets. I kid you not, they are way better than any I've tried at spas. I do a lot of excersise and they help me ease all the tension at the end of a hard workout.

Good quality and price
Stop looking, you won't find any jacuzzi with as many jets as the ones they're selling over here - I've searched. We got the Delos 160. The people are complaining about the shipping times but in our case it did arrive as foretold by the e-mail we received confirming the collection of the order. They also call you in time to notify you about the delivery date. The only issue we encountered was that they sent us the wrong headset and we had to wait two weeks to receive a new set of the correct ones.

Wrong headrests
I don't want to suggarcoat this, so I'll give it a three star. We ordered the jacuzzi with black headrests and they came with white ones. They did change them of course, but I think that this is the least they should do... so three stars. You should be more focused on what you send, and if I order it with white headrests, I should receive the order with white ones. I had to ship the black ones back to receive the ones I had ordered from the beginning. It took them two weeks to send me the correct ones. I could not enjoy my jacuzzi until I received the correct headrests. In all fairness, I believe they should have left me keep the black ones as it was their mistake.

This order made me realise that I've got trust issues... because I really didn't believe that it would reach me. The tracking didn't work most of the time and it drove me mad. However, once it got here, I forgot all my troubles. It's like on the pictures. It has a ton of jets and it's super powerful. I would advise the company to improve the tracking for those who struggle with trust issues like me, but otherwise, it was a great purchase. Thank you.

Needed to come back here to give a five star review... people are mad about the shipping times as if it is the companies fault. You should rate the product and their service, not how much it takes customs to process something. Anyways, we have placed an order for the hot tub Azure which has two seats and a lounge. It can be used the full year around. We already installed it and tried it out eventhough it was raining and it was truly an experience! With the hot water under the rain, with all the jets switched on... We highly recommend it!

I rate it three stars: one star for the product itself, which is the corner jacuzzi called Milos. It does look exactly like on the pictures. A second star for the installation which was easier than we imagined, so good on that part too. And the third star for the courier who called us and allowed us to choose the delivery date.

Our plumber checked all the functions already and everything works perfectly fine. I'm here to rate the product: HIDRA. Got it in the size 170, standard edition.
The tub is made out of regular acrylic, like any bathtub.
The exterior can not be removed, but you actually don't need to. Everything is placed at the backside.
The installation was very straightforward, like a regular bath.
The pillows are removable, which I just wanted to mention because I think it is great to clean everything easier.
The only suggestion I would do, is to change the shower hose because if not, it can not be used as a regular shower. At least it didn't work for us. It's like 1,5 long.
You can choose between the water and the air jets. The water jets are very strong. We were happily surprised by it.
