Extremely pleased with the strap that I ordered from you. It is a genuine, high quality exact replacement for the original. My watch now looks and feels like it was the first day I bought it. Your initial communications were very good confirming order and being dispatched on the same day. You then notified me that it was with Customs soon afterwards. However, it was over a week later before I heard anything, the delivery agent in the UK confirming that they had received it. Their delivery process was communicated frequently and delivered on time. I was becoming concerned during the long gap that occurred. I feel that if I had been advised that the Customs to UK delivery agent could take 7 - 10 days my concerns would have been avoided. That being said, I would have no problem ordering from Watch.co.uk again and highly recommended them to others wanting excellent products.
Hi,
Can you please help me with any information regarding my order from watch.co.uk?
I received an item (watch) returned it but it seems to get stuck somewhere between me and seller.
Return sent over a month ago with shipping/tracking number LO208212284GB
When contacted PayPal they couldn't do anything because apparently watch.co.uk can't issue refund after certain time has passed (disregarding fact that item was stuck with haulier for over a month) and at this moment in time I have neither watch nor money.

Honest feedback on my purchase
I am more positive than I was about my first purchase no fault of yourselves
It’s all down to Evri they don’t seem to wake up until the afternoon I got my
First notification around 5.00 pm to tell me the package would be delivered
Between 7.00pm -9.00pm a short time later the second notification delivery
Time 5.00 pm - 7.00pm the package was delivered just after 6.00pm
They didn’t work like any other delivery company I know
I am pleased with my purchase I just needed to remove 3 links
To make it the right size for my wrist 5 stars for yourselves lower for Evri,

My lovely Seiko watch lives again…
My lovely Seiko watch is 24 years old but the strap had leather strap was on its last legs. I wanted a replacement and I used their tool to find the right model and the right strap. Not only could I buy the replacement tool but some spare lugs (which I did not need as my old ones were in perfect condition). Needless to say that I am so delighted with my purchase and I think with strap my watch may live another 24 years!

It's a good quality branded strap that goes really well with my watch . The delivery was right on the estimated time . Would give four and a half stars as a little expensive but not available elsewhere so maybe it was a good price .

Informative as well as great choice.
Needed new strap for Swatch. I know it is tricky to get right size (eg 16mm or 17mm) but site made it easy to establish correct size and also supply fitting tool as per video on Swatch website. Great choice in correct size.
