I placed my order on 29th Oct and rec'd an e-mail on 30th Oct confirming it had been dispatched. I received an e-mail on 4th Nov titled "We hope you get a lot of enjoyment from your order" and we're "..pleased to announce that your order has been successfully delivered.." I haven't received my order and the e-mails they sent are 'no reply' so I have to mess about finding where to complain!!!

Bought a watch strap from this company. and they sent me the wrong one very quickly. I will now be asking for a refund as when I called they just said that mistakes happen and they could not find the correct strap for me. I sent them pictures of what I wanted and what they actually sent me but this did not seem to help. Awful customer service and I will be using them again. Avoid !!!!

Misleading and delayed delivery! The company advertised as a .co.uk domain but its base is in the Netherlands. The delivery cost for next day doesn’t work if you order at 23:00 UK time because it’s already a day later in the Netherlands!!!!! So you pay extra for nextday delivery and is actually 2 days and not 1 as advertised. Very poor customer service on top, with no one ever picking up the phone

Absolutely rubbish I gave 2 different addresses a delivery and my address that my bank card is at due to moving address they are sending my strap to my old address and are blaming me even though I have proof they have both addresses and if I’d put it in wrong way around they wouldn’t have reverted my payment
