Very efficient service and I was kept well informed on the progress of my order. I ordered a replacement mesh bracelet. There were useful links to video guides for fitting the new bracelet. These however did not include advice to cut and seal the mesh end- the bracelet is much too long for my wrist. When the catch position is adjusted there is too much bracelet left to remain under the strap when worn- so it needs to be shortened. Harsh to remove a star for this I know, but just wanted the comment registered.

Nice size and good design. Not too big, smooth outline that won't snag easily. I prefer the Arabic numbers to Roman and the face design is nice and clear for seeing the time at a glance. Good to have a second hand too. If I had to find a fault, the hour and minute hands are very slightly too thick and could be more easily distinguishable one from another. But overall I love it!

Easy to order. I appreciated having an alternative watch strap suggested as the one I wanted was out of stock. It arrived quickly and I have been able to have it fitted without any issues. See the old strap and the new one in the photo. So good you can also order the bars and screws for an excellent price. Thank you.

I'd ordered the variant of a Certina watch that came with a nylon strap and wanted to spice it up a bit with the official bracelet as well. It wasn't in stock so I used the Notify Me button. After a while I gave up hope of them recieving it but I got the notification, ordered it, it turned up in a couple of days despite having to get through customs, and it came in a pretty nice reusable pouch to boot. Couldn't really have gone any better. Oh, customer services were responsive to my initial query about an ETA for the strap as well. Although they were out by a month - but these things are unpredictable.

Normally I would get a new strap fitted by a Fossil dealer. However reading previous reviews on how easy they are to fit yourself, I thought I would give it go. The reviews were not wrong. I found it really easy, and a lot cheaper to fit myself. The quality of the strap is good. So I hope this will last as long as the previous one. The only downside was colour of strap available. For the size required the only colour available was brown.

The item was despatched as advised and arrived in a timely manner (no pun intended) despite the hopeless Royal Mail in the U.K. delaying things for no apparent reason. It was as described and the communication from Watch.co.uk was excellent. Be aware, however, that despite their website name I think this company are based abroad, possibly Holland. How this might affect returns or guarantees I'm not sure. Nevertheless the experience from the company has been very good so far.

Effortless from ordering to delivery. However there is a sting in the tail with this company. Customer Services are extremely intransigent. I had a small issue, where safety clasp pin had come loose, and this was after only a few weeks. it was obvious that the pin had not been fitted correctly during manufacturing and had not been noticed at inspection. Customer Services only comment was that the watch strap was not covered by the guarantee. Who's guarantee? I am sure that the manufacturers warranty would have covered it. But no, I could send it back at my cost and have it repaired at my cost and have it sent back at my cost. Nothing I said would make them budge, even threatening a Section 75 on my credit card did nothing. in the end I took the watch down to my local jewellers who repaired it for me for a cost of £2.50 (3.00 Euros. Customer Service has left a bad taste, and I will not be buying another watch from this company. Customer Services should be there to help, not just fob you off with legal jargon Having received such a positive reply I am happy to amend my review. However I stand by my comments about customer service. This company appear to want to do the right thing, and I am pleased about that, because apart from this glitch they do seem to tick all the right boxes. Hood prices, good delivery and good information from ordering through to delivery. Just one small point., it was be nice to have an email address which you can reply directly rather than through this website.

I love my Swatch special edition Rijksmuseum watch… but the strap broke. This is now the second replacement strap I have had, over a good many years since this watch first came out, and keeps my very favourite watch still looking good, I am very happy!

The avaliable choices of watches was excellent. The projected delivery time seemed reasonable. However after receiving an email informing me my chosen watch had been dispatched on 01-05-2026 it turned out that it hadn't. A further email said it had been dispatched late. The parcel eventually arrived on Monday 11-05-2026. I had made two email enquiries as to the whereabouts of my parcel/watch was. The first was answered promptly. The second was not replied to until 2 days after it was sent. It is probably easy to blame the courier's. However there was no track and trace information for the parcel first part of journey to make a judgement. It was only when Royal Mail received the parcel I knew where it was. The watch arrived safely and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Flawless experience! I have mistyped my email when place my order and customer experience specialist Joris not only just amended the email, but also resent the order email, invoice and dispatch email. The delivery was quicker than I expected and the watch strap was how it was supposed to be. I am grateful that they were able to get the strap as the watch is quite a historical model and the watch.co.uk was the only place where I could get it. Thank you!

The watch is very attractive and is just what I have been looking for to replace a very similar watch. I wasn't aware the watch was coming from abroad but it arrived in quoted time and having the extra free insurance was reassuring and an unexpected bonus. Very happy with your service. Thank you

Watch.co.uk were very quick to despatch the Citizen watch bracelet from the Netherlands but the package took nearly a month for delivery in the UK. For a relatively expensive genuine Citizen bracelet I was disappointed to discover that it is made of folded links rather than solid links. I think this should be made clear in the website description. Only time we’ll tell how durable it is.

New strap arrived. It’s a replacement and has lifted the look of my watch which had become quite worn and tatty looking because of the old strap. It’s like new and has given the watch new life. Very happy.

I only wanted a replacement leather watch strap for my 30 year old Tissot. Your company had them for sale, albeit at a rather high price. I ordered and the strap was delivered free of shipping charge in 5 days which I consider to be very acceptable, as it wasn't urgent. The strap is just what I wanted as makes my aged Tissot look like a new watch!

Excellent value quality swiss watch with good quality Ronda 715 movement for little money. It's unusual for an online watch retainer to offer bracelet sizing and a new battery for peace of mind.

I thought I had bought a brand new watch. But when I opened the box, I saw that someone had already used the watch. It was obvious that the foil had been removed and put back on. The product was in use because the time was set and the review (Work out) was at 2 hours 35 minutes. The delivery was fast. The watch is good and flawless. The numbers are quite large and clearly visible. I like it. Excellent. Thank you very much for your answer and I cannot accept what is shown below. The situation is that I needed two watches and I could only buy one watch from Adidas, the last one. The Adidas watch was brand new, not previously set up and tested for 2.5 hours, like the watch of the same brand and type that I bought from you.

Fantastic choice of O.E. Seiko watch straps, I wanted something that would suit my new black divers Prospex, the silicone band supplied had a metal keeper on it that dug in my wrist. Found exactly what I wanted, a leather backed sailcloth style strap with black anodised buckle, it was out of stock, but I got an email within days to say it was back in and I ordered straight away. Shipping was fast from mainland Europe to the U.K. and the strap/watch pouch supplied will come in handy. I dare say this won’t be my only purchase!
