From first contact through to delivery was perfect. The communication was spot on, kept up to date right through each stage of the process and the ring arrived well packaged and in perfect condition as you would expect.
The ring itself is absolutely beautiful, I was taken back by it when I first looked at it, my now fiancée fell in love with it instantly, and everyone who has seen it since has commented on how stunning it is so I have definitely won some brownie points as a result of this.

Great customisation, fast delivery and 5 star service from customer service!
I liked how I could customise the ring how I wanted and all the design options available. Delivery and service was very fast! When I accidentally made the same order twice due to unusually high traffic on the website where there was a delay in receiving an order confirmation email, even though the payment was successfully completed, Mobin from the customer service team immediately emailed to sort out the problem. Very happy with the quality of the beautiful rings when they arrived and hope to buy a matching wedding ring from Abelini in 2026.
The most amazing ring at the most competitive price. My exact order couldn't quite be applied due to the unavailability of the stone I had chosen but I am more than happy with it's replacement as it had all the same qualities and was 0.2 carrot bigger all at no extra cost.

My experience with Abelini is no short of outstanding. Fantastic company with great customer service. I ordered an engagement ring for my now fiancée on the 28th of November, it was delivered on the 5th of December. I wasn’t planning on proposing until nearer to Christmas, however the ring was so beautiful I couldn’t wait and proposed the following Wednesday. She said yes!! However the ring was just slightly small for her finger. We returned the ring on the 15th of December. A process that takes 8-9 working days days to get redelivered. However it is now the 23rd of December and is due to be delivered today. Due to the time of year we really thought it would be receiving the engagement ring after Christmas. So me and my fiancée are so happy that she gets to put her ring back on and show it off over Christmas. I will definitely be recommending Abelini to family and friends.
New Ring
I was a bit nervous to order as I’d never heard of Abelini. The ring was a big purchase - I’d saw them on FB ads and they were better quality / more reasonably priced than the high street… I wondered if it was too good to be true? So I did a lot of research and satisfied myself that the company is very legit and read lots of trusted reviews.
I was able to take 0% finance on my ring which was a nice added bonus.
The comms were great from placing the order til it arrived.
Packing was robust and the ring itself is exactly what I wanted and more. Photos do not do it justice.
I would highly recommend this company and will 100% use again in future.
Incredible buying experience
I really like their designs, they stood out from others as having something a bit different. Prices were very good also in comparison to other companies which is always a bonus. I didn’t have a need to contact customer service as everything went smoothly and their communications were excellent on the whole buying process from beginning to end, so I can’t pass comment on that element. Delivery was spot on accurate, but what particularly stood out was the packaging. I was amazed with what I received. The ring I ordered was stunning but it wasn’t just in a box, it was packaged in a further bigger box which was beautiful in itself. It contained all the information on the ring including a valuation certificate for insurance purposes. For something that is incredibly competitive in price I did not expect all the little extras that came with it. Buying an engagement ring is not something you do every day and I was a bit concerned about buying online, but this company surpassed all expectations.
Couldn't visit the store in person, Ruth helped me with everything I needed to know about the ring I wanted and video called me to show me examples of what I wanted plus what the packaging the ring box came in which was super helpful.
The ring was perfect when it arrived and best of all my girlfriend said yes! couldn't of done it without all the help from Abelini!

I ordered 2 sample before buying the diamond. The samples were great quality but nothing compared to the real thing. Items arrived when expected. I needed an adjustment to the pendant which they accommodate for a small fee.

Beautiful 20" chain and lab diamond pendant
I had order a 1 ct round lab grown diamond and chain but when it arrived the chain wzs a little short for me so I contacted Customer support and they sourced the most beautiful 20" chain and attached to my new diamond. It looks so nice and the chain looks diamond cut so really catches the light too. Abelini could not of done anymore to help me find my perfect chain and diamond. This is my 2nd time purchasing with them and I can highly recommend them.

Bespoke Engagement Ring
I purchased an engagement ring from Abelini but it wasn’t quite what I wanted, after much thought I cancelled the order and started to look elsewhere. I thought I would chance it and ask Abelini about a bespoke ring request and to my surprise they were more than happy to accommodate. I sent off my request with a few images to go along with it and within 2 days they had sent me back a CAD drawing of the custom ring and it was perfect! They got it spot on and even kept the same diamond from my original purchase! The customer service from this company is one of the best I’ve experienced, quick replies and always looking to ensure you are completely satisfied and I don’t think you can find another company that will beat them on price! I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Fantastic service, easy to use website, superbly informative, ensuring I had confidence in my choices and the product I received surpassed my highest expectations as I was a little sceptical at first.
I put faith and trust in the reviews and ratings which I wouldn't usually do for such a large purchase.
The choice of mined or lab grown diamonds is also an excellent feature for those looking to make a more ethical choice.
Anyway, I shall be taking the ring to Milan next month where I hope to proudly return with my new fiancee (providing she says yes😀) and she will be wearing a beautifu ring, in a style she loves that compliments the person she is!

Stunning ring. Ordered 2 samples initially, then did a live chat with the team to discuss a few things before ordering the chosen design. Clear communication throughout and absolutely stunning on arrival. I wouldn't hesitate ordering from here again. Very pleased with my 10 year anniversary gift of an upgraded engagement ring 🫶🏻 (please note on the I have a ring protector on hence the gap between the rings-they generally sit flush)
Love this brand 😍 I have now purchased two rings from Abelini, one lab 5 diamond ring in rose gold and one platinum lab diamond emerald cut solitaire ring. Both exquisitely made 😍 I love that lab grown diamonds are a whole lot more ethical than natural diamonds, and their website is very well informed as to both kinds. Huge amounts of choice and all very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this brand, and will be buying from them in future 👍😍
