AC Silver

Reviews:

I have dealt with AC silver on several occasions and always found Andrew extremely knowledgable and trustworthy. Nothing is too much trouble and I am absolutely delighted with my last purchase of a 5 stone diamond ring. From start to finish the process was extremely easy and everything catered for. It was a pleasure to del with Andrew and his most helpful and charming Assistant.

AC is outstanding and I have never before dealt with a company with such integrity. I love the beautiful silver cutlery and cruet set i have just bought and have much enjoyed the conversations I have had and the knowledge of the people with whom I have dealt. Anyone can deal with this company with absolute confidence. Lois Mears

I can’t rate ACSilver highly enough. Their offer is outstanding and very keenly priced. Communication and customer service including the use of thoroughly dependable couriers is exemplary. I have made 3 purchases over a period of time and been absolutely delighted on each occasion.

Their descriptions of jewellery were very precise and accurate. Any queries I had were dealt with immediately and courteously. Presentation and display of the bracelet was wonderful and the packaging was very comprehensive. The bracelet was shipped in a day with complete security.

AC Silver has a stunning selection of antique and vintage items. Both of my brooches arrived right on time as indicated by the tracking. They are even lovelier in person and I look forward to wearing them for decades to come. Andrew and Gemma provided excellent communication and prompt dispatch. I would absolutely recommend working through them.

I had to place the order over the phone as my internet was misbehaving. The lady who I spoke to could not have been more helpful and was particularly careful to get all the details correct. I was then informed about the collection and dispatch of the item purchased, by email. The item arrived as expected and it had been most well packed so that no harm could come to it. It was a delight to purchase this item from C6323, AC Silver, and I could not fault any aspect of their customer care. I was highly delighted with my silver mustard pot and it was much better than the pictures on the web site.

AC Silver's website is very detailed and informative - allows customers to make well good comparisons and subsequent choices. The owner and his staff are very helpful and friendly - dealing with them is a pleasure. They go the extra mile to make sure that customers are totally satisfied with their purchases. Would highly recommend this store.

Andrew was amazing to work with, as I'm purchasing overseas, to help me navigate all the different options. He was patient, super responsive, and knowledgeable. I received the ring now, and it's a beautiful piece! Thank you so much Andrew!
