I had to place the order over the phone as my internet was misbehaving. The lady who I spoke to could not have been more helpful and was particularly careful to get all the details correct. I was then informed about the collection and dispatch of the item purchased, by email. The item arrived as expected and it had been most well packed so that no harm could come to it. It was a delight to purchase this item from C6323, AC Silver, and I could not fault any aspect of their customer care. I was highly delighted with my silver mustard pot and it was much better than the pictures on the web site.

I am so happy with my purchase of a sterling silver miniature tea kettle from AC Silver Company. Everything about this purchase has been a pleasure. All of my emails concerning the kettle were answered quickly. The simplicity of ordering through their website was great. The kettle was extremely well packaged and was delivered within three days. Inside of the box was a folder containing insurance information about the kettle. Also included in the box were two anti-tarnish items for the sterling silver kettle. I purchased a pair of vintage earstuds, 4,5 kt corals (oval) in a 18kt golden setting. The reason for the purchase was that I lost one of the inherited coral/golden pair I had been wearing on a daily basis for over twenty years, making the loss quite a sad one. The assistence by A.C. Silver in obtaining all the details for the Italian ones, was more than outstanding, in my experience. Not only did I receive swift, kind and relevant input, but upon receipt, the jewels turned out (if possible) even more beautiful and fitting than I could have wished for. They match the (not lost heirloom) ring I have, excellently. This is the kind of jeweler's store that I very much hope to visit in person, in Newcastle upon Tyne, when I have the chance. I loved the interaction between both parties on the purchase of my beautiful jewels. My purchases this time were due to the excellent photographs portraying the two items I eventually bought.
