Quick despatch/Slow delivery
Watch.co.uk were very quick to despatch the Citizen watch bracelet from the Netherlands but the package took nearly a month for delivery in the UK.
For a relatively expensive genuine Citizen bracelet I was disappointed to discover that it is made of folded links rather than solid links. I think this should be made clear in the website description. Only time we’ll tell how durable it is.

Easy to order and arrived quickly - unfortunately although my watch measured exactly 16 mm the 16 mm strap was very slightly too narrow but can’t be bothered to change it and not sure Ithey make a 17 mm strap in black leather anyway

Replacement Tissot leather strap
I only wanted a replacement leather watch strap for my 30 year old Tissot. Your company had them for sale, albeit at a rather high price.
I ordered and the strap was delivered free of shipping charge in 5 days which I consider to be very acceptable, as it wasn't urgent.

Nearly late present.
The buying and paying was smooth enough but the follow up with shipping and the very late arrival of the watch was poor. As it was a present for my grandson I needed it by a certain date. Even after contacting the company I eventually got a nice reply telling me that it was stuck in customs!! Not my problem. It eventually arrived the day before I needed it after a long delay.

Delivery ETA is longer for the UK
I ordered a new watch strap and Watch was one of the few that had it available. Their website gives an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 working days but mine took about 6 days (8 full days). Product was perfect.

Once a parcel has left our warehouse, the actual delivery is handled by the carrier, so from that point we are dependent on their processing and delivery times. We do hear more often that Royal Mail deliveries to the UK can take longer than the estimate currently shown. That does not mean the information should simply be left as it is, because we want the delivery expectation on our website to be as clear and realistic as possible.
We will therefore take your feedback on board internally and look at how we can communicate this better for UK deliveries. We are glad that the strap itself arrived in perfect condition and that the product was exactly what you needed.
