Needed to replace a long term watch strap for a family gift / heirloom. very impressed with the selection and able to replace with an original copy. Delivery went all according to plan and regularly updated.
Only downside was the relatively high cost of delivery charge for such a small item. But it will probably be a long time before it will be replaced again as the watch is passed on !

The watch looks good but not as good as Ive expected. Hopefully will be working well and worth it the price. Not it not have a box, only wallet/soft case what is not protecting it and doesn't looks good for the gift. The delivery delayed, only one day but I've ordered to work as has to by by Friday and came on Saturday when I'm not working, happily came before 12.30pm when the reception was still opened. So,not great, no bad so far is the watch will be working well.

Product perfect, let down by courier…
Easy to order and product perfect as expected, unfortunately let down by your courier. Website stated if ordered by a certain time delivery would be 2 days, perfect until courier got hold of it then message from them to say 5 days, no one available to sign for so had to put delivery off another 2 days until someone available, when delivered no signature required simply pushed through letterbox and then statement from courier saying delivery was scheduled for original 2 days but I had requested a different delivery date which I only did because of their communications, frustrating to say the least. Had what was ordered/promised happened review would be 5 stars.

Original band, good price, great communication
Been trying to get a replacement band for an old Victirinox watch, this was the only place that had it listed, but on back order. I put it on my wish list so they would contact me if they got it in stock. They contacted me two weeks later to say it was in stock, ordered it at quite a reasonable price.
