I ordered a replacement band for my girlfriends watch for Christmas by entering in the watches serial number (R010859) EM0753-01A. I then chose the color, and replacement pins, etc. and completed my order. The website order stated these parts would fit my watch. Even though I ordered this outside of the United States, and had to wait longer than usual for the delivery, I was confident.
The package was delivered and it was on-time and well packed.
When I went to fit it to the watch, I immediately noticed the band width was to wide for the watch and would not fit. They had sent me the incorrect band for the watch. The replacement band they sent me was 59-S52771, it's an 18mm band and too big to fit my watch.
The correct replacement band according to citizen watch is 59-R50413 and its 16mm which is the correct size to fit my watch. But why I was sent the wrong size band for my watch from masters in time is just ridiculous.
And now I'm dead in the water and have the incorrect band for this watch which was supposed to be a Christmas gift. There is no free return, and so you'll have to pay again to send it back even though they sent you the wrong replacement parts. Before you order from this company, consider shopping somewhere else.

I recently made 3 separate purchases from Mastersintime and unfortunately one of them did not work out as I was sent the wrong product. They refunded me for the error even though the product was not in returnable condition because I had already removed links before the error was noticed. I will definitely be ordering additional products from this company in the near future. The customer service is fantastic!

Citizen watch band
My father gifted me a Citizen watch before he passed away, and I had mistakenly cut the wristband too short making it extremely tight on my wrist. I searched all over for a replacement band and finally came across Masters in Time who had the exact band I needed for the right price.
