Instead of post.nl or DHL, the watch was sent with UPS and delivered neatly. I would have liked to know in advance that it would be sent via UPS. Due to the SMS from UPS, I didn't dare to open it because of the many fraudulent SMS and emails these days. After logging into the Ormoda site and checking the tracking code. And after receiving the email that the package was sent, everything was okay. Further very satisfied, super happy with the watch.

I am absolutely in love with my GUESS watch with the rainbow colors around the gold face. It goes with my light milky brown skin. It makes me feel so fresh, iconic and unique. Thank you so much for carrying this one of a kind style. I wish it would last forever and I also wish there were ways that I could make it last forever. La montre que j'ai reçue est vraiment belle, mais trop grosse pour mon poignet malheureusement. Sa qualité est indéniable. Pour le prix, je trouvais que c'était une aubaine...ET BIEN NON. En effet, Il a fallu que je paie des frais de douane de plus 40$ canadiens pour recevoir le colis, alors que ces derniers ne s'appliquent que pour les États-Unis selon les informations sur le site. J'ai acquitté ces frais en me disant que cela valait tout de même la peine... Pour le retour du colis, j'ai contacté la compagnie qui m'a envoyé un lien pour télécharger l'étiquette de retour. En cliquant sur ce dernier, il était impossible de trouver cette étiquette. En fait, il a fallu que je les contacte 3 fois par courriel et à chaque fois on me disait de cliquer sur le lien pour obtenir la fameuse étiquette de retour. Enfin, j'ai envoyé des photos prouvant que les informations fournies sur le lien ne délivre pas d'étiquette. On m'annonce alors qu'il faut que je paie les frais de livraison... Ces derniers se chiffrent à plus de 64$ can... Avec le recul, Je trouve tous ces frais excessifs. Je leur ai envoyé un dernier courriel tout récemment en leur demandant un arrangement et j'attends encore... BREF, SI VOUS COMMANDEZ DU CANADA, je vous suggère fortement de ne pas faire affaire avec cette compagnie.
