Ormada were very helpful responding quickly to my queries and they made the buying experience very nice. Delivery was 3 days. Charles made my birthday present really special thanks to him I am the proud owner of the Citizen Fufitsubo.
Watch did not have problems on the first day, where the day and date did not line up. Customer Support agreed that the product was in error, and suggested I return it. The Customer Support indicated that they are unwilling to accept returns and wants to repair a waych worn only one day - quite disappointing! I will be asking that my request be elevated to the Customer Service Manager. I really like to avoid disputes and hopeful that the management team will respond reasonably. It is proving to be an unexpected hastle of doing business with Ormoda.
