I ordered a woman's watch on the watch.co.uk website, which arrived swiftly but was not working - despite having gone through 'quality control'. I contacted the company and was told to send it back for an exchange - to the company's base in Holland. I spent £10 on postage and the watch went missing in the Dutch mail system for eight weeks before being delivered. I finally got a full refund!

Watch Silicone Strap. split already within hours of replacing. Really disappointed to be honest. Sent 2 emails no responses at all. How can something that costs £40 split?

I went on and subscribed due to the discount on first order. However the discount didn’t then apply as only on watches the site didn’t state this and I spent more than some watch. Then it said free postage in eu and I was charged. Sent and email to be advised that this is only for watches replied with the information on site and was refunded but question on first order was not answered.

I have never received a wrong item before. A company that sells expensive watches that I purchased a watch from delivered the wrong watch to my address. I didn’t pay £160 to receive a completely different watch to the one I ordered, very disappointed.
