Unresponsive Customer service
I paid for two items. When the box arrived it was undamaged but one glass jug was in pieces. The other jug was intact. I emailed the company about it. They asked for photos and I asked for a replacement item or a refund. I sent the photos a week agio and I have not yet received a response.

Products are great, however took a lot longer than stated to arrive, tracking info did not update and the communication from them was non existent
