Our new induction hob would not accept our old WMF pans which we bought in Germany 40 years ago so when I found out I could purchase a new set from Knives and Tools I was over the moon. The courier delivery is a different story, the delivery needed my signature, but instead it was dropped off at my front door, while the driver didn't have the patience to wait for me to answer the door.
It's good that I'm not that way inclined, but I could've claimed my money back and have the knives.
So it might be good that a good company like yours have a serious conversation with the courier.

Functions without any issue, in opertion some slight noise when frame lock engages, not any issue in planned tactical use. Good products all around. I enjoyed the extra care the site used including tutorials on safe use and handling. I was looking for a handle to fit an old Sears Master Mechanic double bit felling axe but could not find one to fit the broad narrow Pulaski eye 70mm X 15mm. So I took a punt on a strait handle but it couldn’t work. Still I kept it and found a much needed splitting wedge to fit it so I can stop abusing my poor battered Wetterlings axe splitting logs it was never meant to tackle!

I’ve now used Knives and Tools three times. Each time, placing my order is fast, finding the product I want is never hard and given they ship from the continent having to wait for a two day (no longer so far), is amazing. Would definitely recommend.
If I had one suggestion it would be that they add a loyalty program. Paying £200+ per knife deserves a little something back eventually. Who I consider to be their biggest competitor in the States offers a a loyalty program, it would be nice to see one here.

Absolutely no communication
Had a problem with my delivery, as no one was in it was dropped off at the local collection point. Wife went to collect next day and they said they didn't have it. I emailed you and asked what had gone wrong. I waited a few days and absolutely nothing from you. I called you, several times and no answer. After about 3 days I returned to the collection point and they managed to find my items. Obviously failings of the delivery or collection point isn't your fault but your complete lack of response to my calls and emails is. I've spent quite a lot with you guys over the years, and so has my wife. I'll consider other options first before using you again.
