A well deserved 5 STAR rating
I am 65yrs old and have been a knife collector for may years, I collect Fixed blade knives, classic knives, collectors knives in fact I can't think of a knife type I haven't collected. I purchase from Knives and Tools amongst other knife sellers. I find KNIVES AND TOOLS are a High quality, supreme service and they sell at extremely competitive rates. I have bought more than a few knives from Knives and Tools and have never been disappointed, ever. This is why I can unreservedly give KNIVES AND TOOLS a well deserved 5 STAR rating. Keep up the good work.

I have related more than a few knives from this company and every transaction has been silky smooth with zero issues during the purchasing process. They have a large selection of knives at all price points and styles. I would absolutely recommend Knivesandtools to anyone who is looking for knives and/or accessories like sharpening tools. It's my first stop when looking to buy a new knife as I am confident they will almost certainly have what I am looking for and that the transaction will be simple and quick.

Knife handle
The knife i purchased; a due Cigna, by fox handle swelled the first time it was washed. The handle now has ‘raised grain’ the full length of the handle. The handle is completely unfinished, I should have realised it should be at least wax finished before use, and subjecting to washing. However it is a bit tricky finishing a handle when the knife is made and sharp, normally this would be done in manufacture.
The service from knives and tools is always excellent, and the remainder of my purchase exactly what i expected. .

Excellent
I had a genuinely excellent experience from start to finish. Everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with clear communication throughout. The team showed real attention to detail, and it was obvious that customer satisfaction was a priority.
What I particularly liked was how smooth and straightforward the entire process felt. Nothing was too much trouble, and every interaction was friendly, helpful, and well‑organised. It’s rare to find service that feels both personal and highly competent, but this absolutely delivered on both fronts.
If I were to suggest anything, it would simply be to keep doing exactly what you’re doing. The experience was already great, and I left feeling confident, valued, and very satisfied.

Great service, follow up emails on the products I purchased was a really nice touch. The products themselves are literally perfect and the delivery was spot on time.
I’d personally highly recommend buying from here, zero faults and the knife I chose is so well made. If your in to anything outdoors I’d highly recommend checking out the Lars Falt slip joint pocket knife. Beautifully made and delivered very sharp. Just make sure you have the appropriate sharpening tools and some good oil, all available on the website, to keep it in perfect condition.

Great place to look at online.
Great service.Able to obtain parts for my US knife sharpening system I could not find anywhere else in the UK at a very fair price.
The only downside was their carriers , UPS who cocked up my delivery , instead of one day it turned into three. Not the vendors fault but infuriating. Would recommend.

I was looking for a quality Japanese nagiri knife as a birthday present for my chef daughter. There was a huge range to choose from according to budget, but I found one that matched all her criteria. When it arrived, it was bigger, heavier, nicer and just more beautiful than I could imagine from the pics. She’s gonna love it!!

Customer services needs to improve its terrible.
On the whole the company has great products and I have recived previous orders on time.
The downsides are paying 10GBP for UPS delivery.
I had a product delivered damaged. I spoke with customer services and started the return for replacment process. After waiting a week I had an email that I was being refunded.
I needed my product not the money back.
The lack of communication via email was sub par.
After being told I was being refunded I was also told I would have to order the product again which I would have done the day the broken one arrived if I knew this, I also refuse to pay another 10GBP for delivery again.
I chose another company for the product I needed it turned up the next day without paying such high postage.

Dear customer,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are very sorry that the communication surrounding your return and replacement was not clear enough.
For shipments to countries outside the EU, we are unfortunately unable to send a replacement order with a value of €0 due to the customs and import requirements involved. This is why a refund is normally processed and a new order needs to be placed.
However, we fully understand that this should have been explained to you clearly from the beginning, especially after you had been expecting a replacement. We sincerely apologise that this was not communicated properly and that this caused additional frustration.
Your feedback is being taken seriously and will be discussed internally, as we want to make sure customers receive clearer information in situations like this.
We are sorry that this experience led you to purchase elsewhere, especially as you have had positive experiences with us in the past.
Kind regards,
Team Knivesandtools

Perfect knife purchase
The service was very fast and efficient, and the quality of my item purchased was excellent and is now going into my collection.
I will have to look into setting up an account with the company as I have seen some fantastic deals, and I’m hoping to purchase a lot more items to go in my collection.

Fantastic communication and very helpful both times I contacted for my order. First time I added a few items. One of the items in the initial order was not in stock at the time, which I knew. I asked for it to be replaced with something more expensive and to pay the difference, they covered the difference and sent my order right away. Thank you very much!

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
We’re very sorry that you were left waiting for a response to your emails. Due to the holiday period, our customer service team unfortunately experienced longer response times and, regrettably, not all messages were answered as quickly as they should have been. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been.
Regarding your order, it was cancelled automatically because the payment was not received within the payment reservation period. We’re sorry that this was not explained to you sooner and that you were left without a clear answer.
We truly appreciate your kind words about your previous purchases with us and hope that this experience won’t put you off visiting us again.
Kind regards,
Team Knivesandtools

Our new induction hob would not accept our old WMF pans which we bought in Germany 40 years ago so when I found out I could purchase a new set from Knives and Tools I was over the moon. I ordered at once, expecting to have to wait a while, and was so pleasantly surprised when my order arrived in less than a week.
Thank you for such good service and I’m very happy with my new shiny WMF pans.

The whole handling of the order by KNIVES and TOOLS was brilliant, and the same goes for the products.
The courier delivery is a different story, the delivery needed my signature, but instead it was dropped off at my front door, while the driver didn't have the patience to wait for me to answer the door.
It's good that I'm not that way inclined, but I could've claimed my money back and have the knives.
So it might be good that a good company like yours have a serious conversation with the courier.
