These guys are people you can trust to deliver your item fast and secure, very great service, only issue I see is the shipping fee being the same on any order whatsoever, most companies have free shipping on orders over £150, so it feels a bit weird paying shipping for an item you're already buying for hundreds and hundreds of pounds.
Quite a few items arrived into stock much sooner than estimated when I placed the order. Communication from the courier was good though, so I was able to delay delivery until I was back from holiday. Everything was placed loose in a large box, so one large knife came out of its sheath, and two smaller ones out of their boxes, all to rattle and fly around freely inside the outer package. Fortunately nothing was damaged, but that was down to good luck rather than safe or thoughtful packaging. Perhaps you could spend a few pence on some environmentally friendly packaging peanuts or similar?

Service was good and quick.
For full transparency I bought a zippo armour case chrome. It was pretty oxidised inside and had to polish it. Still couldn’t remove all of the issue.
So 5 stars but really for the price my item should of been pristine with no DIY necassary.
