Good price and prompt delivery
Order was done dispatched and received quickly. Was like for like replacement of light/fan. No complaints with Moonlight. Good price. However couldn’t get Mantra app to pair with the light . We have tried and tried. Our previous one of exactly same model from 5 years ago paired but this one won’t with iPhone. Mantra need to update their app

Kitchen Lights
The product looks lovely.
However the fittings are for masonry and I don't know of anyone who has a masonry roof. What should be supplied is plasterboard raw plugs and the appropriate wood screws.
Also, the Fedex driver couldn't be bothered to deliver on a Friday afternoon so gave the excuse that they couldn't find the address. Not the shops fault but they should seriously look at using a more reliable courier service.

We made an order with Moonlight Design, but unfortunately, they were awaiting stock delivery within the next few weeks.
However, they let us know about the shortage quickly, so we were able to come up with a Plan B. So many suppliers don't do this, even big suppliers, leaving us red-faced with clients, so we really appreciate it - especially in this climate when a loss of an order has an impact.
We would like to thank them and to Beth for handling everything quickly. Based on this customer service, we would use them again.

Simple Ordering Process- Great Product - FANTASTIC after sales support
The ordering process was very simple and kept us informed at every stage. The products (great quality and competitively priced from my research) arrived on time, really well packed and in the main, in perfect condition.
