Online ordering was very easy, ordered on Saturday and delivered the following Wednesday, I was kept informed at all times and the tracking of the delivery was accurate. The mower was well priced and was very good quality, the assembly was strait forward and only took a few minutes..

We ordered an echo chainsaw, waited about a week and didn't hear anything about it being dispatched. So we contacted them and found out that the chainsaw we ordered had been put into stock wrong and the item they had was ex display and wouldn't come with a box, They offered us a discount on the unit and we accepted. Upon delivery the chainsaw came without a manual without the standard multi tool and without the oil (they send out oil free with every item that requires it) We emailed they again and they sent out the oil and the multi tool (the wrong multi tool for the machine) no big issues I've got other Upon first using the saw we found it difficult to start and that it wouldn't runn properly and would cut out frequently. Again not an issues for ourselves as we were able to rectify this ourselves. However I've never had a "new" two stroke have these issues and expect a fully running and operational item. So rather disappointed as a general and won't be returning anytime soon

I bought this to replace a mower i also bought from mowers online 5 years ago. That mower still works but i wanted a self propelled one as i mow lots of lawns now. It works well. The only issue i have is that the instructions show plastic levers to collapse down the handle but instead there are bolts making it less easy to transport in a truck. No briggs and stratton engine this time but i believe the current engine is a Honda from what i can tell online which is almost as good.

Excellent mower made in Germany which is a replacement for a similar model that I have had for 15 years. Well engineered machine and easy to operate and maintain. It would be helpful if there was an instruction manual in English

A helpful company. I bought a sit on lawnmower a year ago and recently managed to damage the cutting blade. I didn’t know what part to buy so spoke to them and sent details over as they asked. They sent me a link to the correct part very quickly. I have now fitted it. I would recommend this company.

I had two critical but tiny parts from a pruning chain saw fail. I needed to identify the exact part and then to order. Mowers on-line were brilliant. They helped me find the part and then delivered within a few days. We fitted them and we were up and running again within a few days.

Having had continuous trouble with my Toro Zero-turn mower with backfiring and hunting, I decided that I needed genuine Toro parts - supecting that the parts fitted by various local service engineers were not genuine. Once I fitted the parts (air and fuel filter) the mower runs perfectly. Many many thanks. Howeber, as far as your site is cincerned, the search was a little clunky but that does not detract from my review.

Easy to navigate website and order process with fair prices. I was'nt in a rush for the item so delivery time was fine. Notification of dispatch to shipper was fine. All in all a good experience. I did consider looking at ordering other items but the range of manufacturers products did not cover items. I only mention this to indicate that i would use M on Line again.

Was apprehensive given bad reviews on Trust Pilot, and it didn't help when I emailed I wasn't really helped with a definite delivery date. Sufficed to say I got the goods in good time in the end. Would have been 5 if they communicated a little better

Good website and customer service Ayer order was good, keeping me updated on when mower would arrive. Not given 5 stars as boxing was not taped properly and the pull cord fixings were loose inside - no sign of the nut for this when setting up the mower but fortunately had one to fit. Also, there is a stain from some kind of paint or chemical spillage on the speed lever which for a brand new product I wouldn’t expect. Doesn’t affect the working of the mower so not worth returning for that.

Good offer for the McCulloch strimmer brush cutter. Easy ordering and delivery reasonable. Could have had more info on delivery but otherwise great. Works fine barring some teething problems. Bigger and heavier than expected. Spin speed seems lower than expected also, perhaps because of dual brush cutter. Does the job though. Petrol power which takes away and worry of cables and dead batteries, especially when a large area needs strimming. First use was 1.5 hrs. Not something you can do on a battery.

Easy to order and arrived when stated A bit time consuming to put together but once assembled a very good little mower for the price. Cuts grass fine and leaves stripes.

Ordered a Webb cordless mower. This didn’t work and needed to returned. A replacement was sent out but this too didn’t work and was returned and order cancelled. That said always received prompt assistance in attempting to identify problem and in arranging to have collection scheduled for the return of the mowers.

Even though the PayPal integration initially failed, they fixed it quickly and still managed to deliver the item on time, despite my need for it. There was also good communication throughout. After the delivery came, I noted a crack in the chain cover of the mower. I brought this to their attention, and a new cover was shipped immediately and without hesitation. So, even though a few things went wrong, they resolved the issues quickly and efficiently, and that, in my mind, is a 5-star service.

A very helpful member of the team took the time and trouble to alter the date of delivery when we had to be away on the original delivery date. Excellent service.

I chose to make a significant purchase from Mowers online due to their extensive product range, description of the product and positive reviews. I was not disappointed with my choice of seller, once I had ordered my Mower there was immediate feedback from the Customer Service team to confirm the order and delivery expectation for my purchase. The delivery time was actually exceeded so even better. Upon delivery I discovered that the product had arrived with a faulty battery. 3 phone calls and photos of the faulty parts serial number later, the customer service team confirmed they had ordered a new battery and it was delivered within a day. Problem solved without any fuss or difficulty for which, I cannot commend the team at Mowersonline enough for. I am very happy to recommend them.

I've got nothing but praise for this shop from start to finish, the store Manager went above and beyond to help me when my hedge cutter was delayed for a few more weeks to come in to shop for delivery i asked about another cutter, but the Manager advised me the one i had ordered would be the best choice for me, i had already waited 7 weeks so far and would be another 5 weeks for it to come back in stock but in the meantime he would send out a replacement one to help me start to do my garden work and two days later it arrived just as he said it would i wont be forgetting this shop when i need anything again.

Superb service. I ordered a replacement pruning attachment chain blade. I was not fully correct in my order and received the wrong item. Emma went out of her way to establish the correct item. Get it made and dispatched to me in no time at all. I can not speak highly enough of their help and actions. An enormous thank you.
