Product I ordered was delivered quickly but unfortunately could not be assembled as one of the parts did not fit. A quick call to the support desk, and a helpful agent agreed that the product experience did not sound correct and arranged for prompt collection. After a short wait for the product to be checked, a new appliance was sent out and arrived today. This time the assembly was easy and off we go. I get that manufacturing issues sometimes occur but the handling of the issue was excellent. Thanks.

Read some of the online reviews of this company, which were not all favourable, but still went ahead and ordered a mower battery and charger - as the advice I had been given online about my purchase had been helpful. The battery was at a good price and arrived as planned and was perfect for the job. Am a happy customer :-)

The price of the lawn mower was excellent. It was delivered very quickly. But they forgot to dispatch the other item (engine oil). But after a quick phone call, I received the oil the next day.
