The MOR-PAC70 unit that I purchased was done so that I could store it in dry conditions in my garage. To replace the original MOR-PAC70 unit that I purchased more than a year ago eventually malfunctions as it eventually must because it is only a machine with a limited life span. The original unit that I purchased is operating and working perfectly and I expect that it will for quite some time to come .

Bent Pins On 3 Pin UK Plugs! (Now Rectified)

I bought 2 x 190w tube heaters recently to warm my growhouses on cold nights. The packaging & postage was good so no worries there. When they arrived I unpacked both heaters & found that BOTH of my tube heater UK 3 pin plugs had bent pins making it impossible to plug in to a UK socket! God knows what the quality control is like! Unbelievable! I would of returned both to Morris but for my own requirements I had to cut both of the plugs off to be wired to a junction box & were not required. Really though, thats not the point & a disgrace that they left the factory in that condition! One star out of five! I would be interested to hear your reply. My order no is Order #4619. Further to the above, I have been in contact with the company MD who has kindly contacted me regarding this issue. It has now been addressed to my satisfaction. I have now amended my review accordingly to 5 stars.

Absolutely first class

My experience with this company was first class, the lady on the phone checked the warehouse stock for air con units during the heatwave and within minutes phoned me back to say there was one in stock, absolutely first class customer service, and I have highly recommended this company to all my friends and family

Does the job, lacking in some areas.

Great device, good features, questionable instructions, no mention of how you utilise the "smart WiFi" feature no guidance nada! The window kit supplied is great for a sliding door or sash window but useless for what most of the UK utilises, casement windows. Delivery was quick, setup was simple aside from the WiFi problem. I paid £280 the very next day I saw the price had been raised to over £400, some very questionable morals and price hiking Morris, will certainly make me question if I'm getting a good deal next time.

Great product, worth paying a little more for quality.

I wanted to buy from a UK based seller with a quality product, the fact these lights are flicker free is a major factor also for the purchase. The attached flex is a good length, so will make the installation a breeze. The product all arrived when promised and were all undamaged, at this stage I have only tested the units they have not been installed. These will be installed in a loft in the near future. All good and will be buying more for my garage when I get chance. 10/10 no issues

Excellent replacement.

Excellent replacement for existing under Cabinet lighting. Wasn’t sure if they would be bright enough but then I only wanted ambient lighting like the one I wanted to replace. Ordered the smallest one and once fitted I was very impressed with the light output, which I would say was more than an ambient light, but that’s me nit picking.

Fantastic AC, works beautifully, couldn't nuse it for than 2 days as the hot weather retreated.but am sure it will keep our temperature down.

I only gave 3 stars due to me having to ring up to find out when my order would be delivered, to find out my order had been delivered several days away, the courierer decided to hide my order away behind wheelie bins and some shuttering without telling me, if I had known Morris would have got 5 stars but I lost several days waiting. Communication is so impotrtant shame others dont think the same. I havent used them yet as I need to know next time it's in the Marina but I hope all will be well.

Products excellent, packaging and delivery poor

Products are excellent, but 2 stars knocked off - 1* for packaging and 1* for delivery. We like being able to select the warm/cool setting. I ordered 6 lights, but there was no packing to stop them rattling around in transport, bar one token strip of useless cardboard. 1 light box had opened, 1 box was distorted. See photo. I ordered them mid afternoon on a Thursday and selected next working day delivery. By Royal Mail, they were collected Friday (fair enough), but we're only delivered Tuesday morning. Maybe use a reliable firm like DHL.

Under cabinet Lights

I ordered 3 lights which came very quickly, and we're easy to fit. Prior to this I had ordered a similar light to try it. This was ordered through Amazon. The carrier was EVRI, took 2 weeks to deliver after shipping the light via Belfast. Not Morris's fault 😉.
