Did a lot of research online before decided on Solero. Great choice, not disappointed at all, really lovely quality way above the usual budget rubbish. Very helpful and customer focused service, sadly TNT let us all down a bit by delivering to wrong address but Solero very helpful in sorting out the problem. Absolutely love the parasol and would thoroughly recommend this company and their wonderful parasols.

Loved the product and sooo easy to use. And all the questions I asked prior to purchase were answered and explained in great detail, generally by return or within a day. A fantastic product and a fantastic company to deal with.

The parasols are a delight to have and well engineered. My sole concern is how well they will cope with sudden unpredictable heavy gusts of wind, as we are inclined to experience everywhere these days.

We love the promptness in which it was delivered. The parasol is beautiful . However I will encourage all buyers to ensure payment is completed only on the payment page. The AI on the page had put me in contact with customer service agent as I had a few queries. The agent contacted me by email and answered all my queries. When ready to pay told me they would send a link for payment. The payment link was in the Dutch language and fortunately I used a credit card to pay. My credit card company immediately blocked my card and payment saying it was a scam site. I now went on the website payment link and had no problem processing it.
