I am Alessandra. Finally the Daune arrived on New Year eve...The outer and inner packaging + the sweets (!) were top standard. The Daune well preserved in its bag. Rien Stierman was a very attentive and caring customer service person.
Just 1 point: the whole service would gain if my detailed good specifications would be reproduced on the product tag or the accompanying letter. thank you!

That is a good advice, Allessandra. Not so easy to arrange, since the duvets are sent directly to the customer by our manufacturer most of the time. But we could do that electronically maybe. I will sit and think about your suggestion with the team. Kind regards, Rien
Rien was very knowledgable about the product and responded very quickly and efficiently. I received my duvet in a week and was very impressed with the quality and service. Highly recommended!

The customer service is excellent. The advice they are able to give regarding duvets is second to none. We purchased two duvets and they are extremely well made and the best that i have ever slept under. The fact that the shop offers a 100 night no questions asked return guarantee is very reassuring when making a purchase.
