Overall I had a positive experience with the purchase. Rien customer service was amazing, above and beyond. He helped me since the beginning to choose the right duvet for me. Then updated me with the shipping status until I received my blankets and pillows three weeks ago. Emails responses were also very quick. The duvets I chose were Kauffman premium 750, 4 tog and 9 tog. Currently is winter so I attached it together. It’s very light, soft, fluffy and keep me warm (not hot) during the night. It’s touching the body but not pressing down. It’s strange but true! I’m also happy with the pillow. Now my neck pain has reduced a lot. I hope it will be gone in the next few weeks. The only problem is.. I ordered king size duvet size 230x 220 and arrived size 245x 225cm. Very genorous but now I have to buy another duvet cover. 😂 I’m very happy with the duvet and thanks to Rien. Highly recommended.

DHL contracted Hong Kong Post to deliver the order. A SMS message was sent to recipient indicating delivery was planned in the afternoon Sep 11, however, SMS message was not received as recipient is a senior who does not use SMS. No phone call was made to contact recipient. In the end parcel was left at post office. Recipient who is disable had to take a taxi back & forth to pick up the parcel

Top quality Duvet and pillows!! I feel though that having a.co.uk name, the goods should already be in the UK and be delivered in a day or two instead of a few weeks. That way the customer would have a fixed final price like Amazon shows when you purchase something from China or the US, as I was shocked at having to pay nearly £170 to get it delivered to me!! Maybe drop the .co.uk or as I said above, have a supply in the UK to deliver in the UK. To any potential new customers, these really are top quality bedding, I got the full down Duvet and pillows not the feather down mix, and wow are they soft!! They cost more but are worth it. 9 tog is Spring/Autumn and are too hot for Sumner so I will be buying a Summer one for sure.

Dear Chris, I understand that this was an unpleasant surprise for you. We do point out in many places that we are German and therefore people from the UK shop VAT free, but obviously we can improve. We couldn't be happier with the service and attention I received. We had a special need to have a combination of duvets made to suit our requirements since my husband and I had different tolerance to the cold. Over the process of discussing our needs and coming up with the best solution, we received nothing but the best attention and care. Of course, the final outcome is excellent and we are over the moon with our duvets.

Having moved to Scotland, our daughter acquired some new furniture from a famous swedish warehouse. It also included some fancy hollow-fibre „duvet“, (well, it looked like one). She found herself freezing to death and got seriously ill. Luckily enough I found downduvet on the internet. From there I opted for the double winter duvet. My daughter is delighted. She likes also to feel some weight; the double duvet appears to be perfectly right. Not to light, nor to heavy. Somewhere in between. The company had made the duvet upon our ordering and took care for its transport to Edinburgh. Absolutely perfect. Impressive. Thanks!

I bought a special size down duvet from the Dickenbergh collection. I found the presentation very clear and informative. It made my choice easier. The delivery came in a package with a special protective bag for the down duvet. Yes, everything met my expectations.

Great customer service as the package was wrongly sent to China. The staff reacted quick and help me to redirect back to Macau. The good quality is good. Compare to another brand I brought, it is more comfortable. Consider to buy more!

Payment method is good as I can use Apple Pay and the response from your info email is quick. However, shipping is terrible as I have yet to receive the parcel after close to 4 weeks but there is no status update by DHL for more than 2 weeks. Not sure if your company would follow up on outstanding delivery at all.

Dear Larry Chan, The strict corona measures affect parcel delivery. Especially International deliveries to Asian countries like Hong Kong may take longer.
