I really liked the support via online, but also have some additional recommendations based on my experience.

I really liked the support via online resource. I was replacing the battery for the first time ever and here are a few suggestions from my side to improve the experience: 1) the screwdrivers are coloured but in the YouTube resource there is no mention of the colours only codes. I would suggest adding the codes on the screwdrivers or updating the YouTube with the screwdriver colours. 2) it would be good to have a quick comment at the beginning the the YouTube resource about the importance to make sure we put the screws from different parts or the operation in a correct order and placement. Thank you

The OWC Aura Pro X2 SSD has transformed my 2017 iMac into a blindingly fast machine. Other than removing the screen, installation was a breeze while following the guide videos provided. Quick despatch and delivery too. Tomorrow I take delivery of a SATA SSD drive to replace the failing HDD.
