My experience with fishdeal has been excellent, i purchased reels and spare spools at very competative prices (by far the cheapest anywhere I looked). Postage was free and fairly quick, (I ordered on a sunday night and they arrived by tracked courior Saturday morning, thats 6 days from the Netherlands to the UK) I think that is pretty good considering I was notified it could be longer due to heavy work loads at the warehouse. The reels are very good quality from a well established company and were well packaged. What`s not to like.
Despite all the negative feedback from other customers, I would buy from them again, without hesitation
Zamówiłem po rez kolejny rzeczy z fishdel zamówienie zostało opłacone i miało być dostarczone od 2 do 5 dni roboczych. Minęło 7 dni roboczych i nie dostałem swego zamówienia więc złożyłem reklamację i otrzymałem je po 3 dniach lecz było nie kompletne i pewna rzecz była pęknięta. Zrobiłem zdjęcia i wysłałem je prosząc o wysłanie mi rzeczy brakującej i całej części w zamian za pękniętą. Kazano mi wszystko odesłać z powrotem. Ja nie chciałem zwracać tego lecz dostać rzecz brakującą i całą z które zapłaciłem i to mi się nie podoba że tak ze mną postąpiono

Different delivery address to ordering address?
I ordered a fishing rod and accessories for my grandsons birthday. It all arrived in a timely manner.
My only critism is that I wanted the order to go directly to my grandson and not to me. There is no option to do this on the website.
I telephoned, and spoke to Steph who was very helpful. Apparently you have to pay for your order first and then when you receive your order number, email the company with the delivery address.
Not great, but it did work.
Would be so much easier to have this option when ordering though.

Brilliant service and unbeatable price
Was a bit worried about my order when I bought it from what I thought was. U.K. shop only but was in Holland, needn’t of worried as arrived in 3 days, comms were great and delivery came before the stuff I ordered on the same day from The U.K. and price was brilliant

Quick delivery, competative price. Only negative outer packaging damaged and 2 out of 3 bags of groundbait split carrier fault or better packing needed ?, didnt worry me about split bags as i transfer to large container for storage. Will buy again when needed.

Great deals on less known equipment
Great deals on less well know equipment like ultimate and NGT. However, don’t let the fact that these manufacturers are less well known put you off, they have some superb gear.
