Wrong car seat delivered in Fame + Slide Tech Bundle (New Gen)
There is an issue with the Fame + Slide Tech Bundle (New Generation) that I ordered online. I had ordered the oak truffle color and the baby car seat was coral slide pro of oak truffle color on the website. What I received is pebble slide pro that too of colour black. And the bundle that I ordered is no longer visible on the website. I am in conversation with the customer support team to try and resolve this and I hope that it gets resolved soon.

Not the usual quality
Better packing of the seat, better instructions - so hard to read - poor design and poor printing. A real drop off and not the usual high quality I expect from a high price company.

Promotions when retailers full price
Particularly like sale promotions when retailers have the same full price. Delivery tracking is good.

The bathtub is heavy and hard to manoeuvre. The newborn support sits too high therefore you need more water in the bath also its not as comfortable as it looks for the babies

This is not feedback we have commonly received; however, we truly value your comments and will pass them on to our Product Development team for consideration as we continue to review and improve our products. Team Maxi-Cosi
