Lovely warm and well made

After initially not having a clue how to attach, I worked it out, and since have kept my hands lively and warm, not too bulky well made and well worth the money to keep warm

We ordered a car seat and it was received with the box damaged. We reported this straight away but you have not responded or contacted us We have not opened the package as we want to know if it is safe to use considering the severe damage to the box. Very poor customer service. We have been unable to use the product and are unable take the hold in the car as he has outgrown his existing seat, which was the reason for purchasing your product.

The worst procurement ever

I purchased a seat over a week ago and it wasn't dispatched yet. I called customer service 3 times (!), emailed you 4 times, supplied proofs of the payment and purchase confirmation, and... NOTHING. The seat was not dispatched yet. Pathetic.
