An expensive product which hasn’t lived up to expectation
An expensive product. I listen to art. I have had one before for years which was worn out and scruffy, but which I have been very happy with however the new one that arrived the ‘ plastic ‘ inside makes scraping noise as if sewn in too tight !. With 3 cards in main part and 2 plastic and one card. In the other side with the coin holder it will not close. Flagged it up and sent videos. They replied asking for reference number and videos- sent again and a picture of the reference number. They came back again and asked for it !!! Told them like the videos it had been sent. !!! Clearly someone didn’t read my messages properly. Now been referred to Head
Office and I am waiting for another reply from them.

A vast improvement on my old wallet
This is a vast improvement on my old leather mini wallet which was thinner than the Secrid, but it was fiddly to extract cards from. The Secrid can carry more cards and has RFID protection. The Secrid is heavier and thicker but despite this is a joy to use.
