Actually, my response might be a bit too quick because I just had time to receive the package before leaving for a week during which the installer will apply the wallpaper... but the order reception and the technical service that analyzed the order made a very good impression on me, as did the fast delivery. I placed an order for a custom panoramic wallpaper and I am very pleased: The colors look great, the print is sharp, and the pieces fit together perfectly. The glue is in powder form to mix with water: the instructions are simple and the glue is of good quality. Just don't apply a layer that's too thin, as with all glues. I found the shipping to be fast!

Wallpaper is of good, thick quality and easy to apply. Colors matched the desired photo in my order. The only drawback was that I had to reorder adhesive, and it didn't arrive on the promised date, causing the painting company to come back again. When paying with PayPal, you need to be cautious. Tapeten.com shows it didn't work, and you're asked to try again. Said and done, but then you discover you've received two invoices, and it actually worked, but now you have the same order twice. However, upon immediate contact with the service, the second order/invoice was promptly canceled.

The quote preparation is quite easy and precise for framing (the margins are a bit large and can make installation a bit more cumbersome). Order process OK. I had ordered one too many products. Quick and clear refund process. Bravo. Fast shipping without issues. The folded appearance worried me a bit after unpacking but everything disappeared upon installation. In mural text without seams, it’s top-notch. Hanging a six-meter strip with three people works well. I fully recommend the product and the service.

A huge selection makes it not easy to find the right pattern. During the order, a virtual wall helps to find the exact cutout in the pattern. Important is that the order confirmation also shows exactly this cutout! With some rework, it worked out. Installing it in one piece is easier than expected, as the material is surprisingly wrinkle-free to work with.

The quality control already announced when selecting the picture cut went quickly, I soon received two versions of the print quality in different sizes of the sample to choose from by email, and the other messages were also exchanged quickly. The delivery time was also okay, the package was damaged on the outside, but the goods were well packed and nothing happened. The wallpaper is quite thick and firm, which gives a good impression of quality, but in the corners, it is sometimes difficult to handle with such a wide strip (75 cm). Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with the surface. It's clear that it doesn't look like on the screen, but in reality, it almost looks like a layer of dust is on it, somewhat milky and dull. And, since the dark pattern is printed on a white background, you can more easily see the seams in some places, even though the edges sit together. In summary, I would say the service is fast and friendly, the quality good, but I don't like the appearance so much - partly because I just imagined the size differently and because of this "milky" aspect. And that the numbers are printed on the pattern and not below on an extra strip or so is unfortunate if you would prefer not to cut there. But without numbers, it would hardly have been possible to arrange the strips correctly for my pattern, so I chose with numbering.

Good experience with wallpaper. Clear site, where I liked that you can add prints to your favorites. The delivery time was a bit longer than stated, not a big issue with a custom-made product. Only regarding expectation management, I prefer a broader range than the idea that it will arrive quickly. With the wallpaper, you get a QR code for the instructions, which works well. The wallpaper is well packaged and arrived neatly. Moreover, of good quality and easy to apply and cut. Very happy with the result!

Nachtwacht poster printed 1m65 high 1m21 wide. Online image was first enlarged/enhanced with an online AI tool but the result is fantastic. Very good print quality and sturdy wallpaper! Background was also very black but printed in truly deep black. Very nice end result. Tip for fotobehang.be: such an AI enhancement tool of your own as part of the configuration to make the photos large enough to print would be practical.

The team showed such kindness and exemplary patience in relation to my demanding requests. Nothing to say about the staff, you can congratulate them. However, I am disappointed with the quality of your wallpapers. The first one I bought showed shrinking at the edges of the strips after drying. At first, I thought I had made the paste too thin. The second, with which I made a thicker paste, has the same problem! What a shame because it really shows on the black parts of my panorama. I want to clarify: - the installation was done without drafts, - I used a special non-woven paste of the brand Quelid, - I installed a panorama from another company without issues, - I installed two other non-woven wallpapers, not panoramas, from another site, - I am used to hanging wallpaper, including traditional (paste on the strip). I therefore ask for a goodwill gesture from you in the form of a refund, as I have no more wallpaper to hang. I can send photos upon request. Thank you in advance for the attention to my request. Since then, I have sent another photo specifying the desired framing, and since then, there have been endless exchanges from your services; Eva, Sabrina, Axelle, Amara succeed one another and nobody is taking true charge of my file. Finally, it was Merel on September 9th who told me that the necessary steps had been taken to credit me the sum of €296.61 so that I could start the process anew with the new photo, a suggestion I made since nobody considered this new photo. Today, September 13th, no credit shows up on my account or on my PAYPAL statement. I have worked with you for years for my theater decorations, and you have accustomed me to much more professionalism. I am to say the least disappointed by this situation this time. The way you are helped by the photo wallpaper people is unique in this time. I was excellently advised on the proportions regarding size. And after ordering, I was called back by Ilze to say I had selected too many gray tones. "Did I really want that?" That was a mistake on my part. Requested samples to be sent to get an impression of the colors, size, and quality. I ordered Vlies and MuraTex. The samples are only in DA4, but that's fine and they aren't expensive. The quality of the non-woven wallpaper is really good and the Mura Tex is like the material of banners.

For our sons, we ordered two different Minecraft wallpapers. The one - explorer's journey - completely as expected, very beautiful, the other - mystical block canyon - turned out very dark and the colors weren’t as nice as in the example, which was a shame. However, the service was very good, we managed to correct an order just in time!

We ordered a custom-sized textile wallpaper approximately 2 x 3 m in one piece. Installation with instructions via QR code, included tools, and all in all perfect. The color intensity and sharpness of the motif are also absolute. We are already planning the next walls.

This time I sent a personal image. The only point, certainly not a drawback, is that the image must be sent in high resolution. After some attempts, it was successful thanks to a paid app. Great that the image is approved during upload. Perhaps an idea to add this during ordering. Could be an additional service. The order is delivered super quickly. Well packaged. The wallpaper is of very good quality, you can feel that. On the wall in an hour and what a coincidence that the color matches the paint. Very satisfied in all areas, we definitely recommend you to family and friends.
