Pleased with our rugs
Overall we've had a good experience with Tapeso. Customer service were quick to respond to an email enquiry about delivery, as we didn't hear anything from the courier for a week after placing our order. Our rugs are of a decent quality and look good in our guest bedrooms. Slight niggles are that they weren't delivered on the date advised (arrived early the following day) and the rugs are slightly bigger in one direction than the advertised measurements, which would have been a problem had we been fitting them wall-to-wall. I recognise that this is due to the loose hand-woven design (as opposed to machine woven) and not a fault as such, but possibly worth noting in the product description?

Arrange proper delivery with reputable couriers, that dnt lie and you take 2 days of work to wait for delivery, that doesn't happen 1st lie they cant find the addres. Block of flats on a main road a blind man could find, 2nd lie ,customer wasn't at home, and put card through door absolutely a lie wax waiting and heard nothing or received a card...only when I threaten to cancel order it got delivered on the 3rd day and nowhere near the time allocated.
