Absolutely love the rug. It’s such good quality. It looks much more expensive than it is and feels really nice under my feet. I rang customer service because I got confused about the delivery date and they answered the phone very quickly, the member of staff I spoke to was very friendly and answered my query. I’d definitely shop here again

Arrange proper delivery with reputable couriers, that dnt lie and you take 2 days of work to wait for delivery, that doesn't happen 1st lie they cant find the addres. Block of flats on a main road a blind man could find, 2nd lie ,customer wasn't at home, and put card through door absolutely a lie wax waiting and heard nothing or received a card...only when I threaten to cancel order it got delivered on the 3rd day and nowhere near the time allocated. Absolutely unacceptable
