We were really pleased with our new lights. Despatch was speedy and we were informed of the delivery at every stage. All of the lights were well packed and the glass globes were perfect, which considering the distance they travelled from Germany to the UK, was amazing. It took just a few days for the ceiling light to arrive in the UK (from the manufacturer in Germany). The product itself is remarkably quick to install (although I had someone do it), has a unique, industrial style (I fell in love with this steampunk-ish vibe) and works as well as it should. The German quality - enough said. I highly recommend the seller!

I live in the UK and here there is not so much choice here in terms of house furniture including ceiling lights. I found this web site that proposed a great selection of ceiling light options, and I spent quite a bit of money in two different types of ceiling lights. First: there was no mention in the web site that for many of the products sold there is no replacement of parts. Had I know this, I would have never bought anything. When I purchased these specific pending lights, the glass cover was very thin and it took a very mild touch of the glass to the wooden frame to break this glass in one of the lights. I was already disappointed of the fragile glass and I asked for the replacement of the glass cover, and I was told that there is no such option of "replacing" a glass cover. Basically I spent over 100 pounds for having a broken ceiling light. I asked to call the customer centre for clarifications, as it cannot be possible that the manufacturer does not produce replacement glass cove. A glass covering the bulb must be produced all the time to create the full pendant, and I can't believe that a set of glass covers cannot be used for customers that need a glass replacement. The customer service replied the first time and never sent a number or any other solution to fix this. It is a shame and a disgrace that a company sells items that could have replacement parts and does not allow any replacement. It is against any ethics of saving money, recycling purchased items, and trying to keep what can be saved and ensure that purchased item can last for much longer. I found it extremely unpleasant and in line with the general consumeristic attitude of many other companies - just make people to spend their money, and not making any effort in ensuring the availability of replacing parts. I will never buy anything else from this company.

Good selection of lighting and very easy to order. Delivery let the side down as it came in 3 random deliveries with no explanation why. Had to hang around waiting for the second and third parts of the delivery which arrived a couple of days later than advised. Very happy with the lights which look great.

Have now bought 2 ceiling lights from Illumination. Very happy with both, great design and quality, and fairly priced. Had to wait a bit longer for both items when compared with items bought in the UK, but it was worth the wait. Will certainly use this company again if more lights are needed.

The ordering process was fine. However, the item was delivered with no prior notification from the carrier. As we were away, the item was left in the porch with the door left open as it was too large. The outer box was too big for the item in the box inside, resulting in split packaging. The electrician discovered that the metal frame holding the light panel in place was slightly bent so the panel was dented. He had to take it apart, mend and reassemble in order to fit it. Apart from all this, we are happy with the product!

Took a day or two for confirmation of order and delivery details. But item was delivered safely, well packaged for protection and is high quality.

Found the same lamp - that I had for at least two decades - and got it delivered pretty quickly. I am truly stoked I found the exact same lamp. Perfect service at a reasonable price.

I ordered a light on 22/3 but have never received it. On 16/4/26 they agreed to give me a refund but I still haven’t received it.

Light fitting looks good but threaded rings do not fit on one of the bulb holders. Not going to use shades so will be ok

The ceiling lamp I ordered arrived on time and is of great quality. It adds so much to the room's aesthetics. You can trust this supplier; the product you order is as described.

Despite the lights arriving on two different dates the quality is nice. Globes bigger than expected but look good. I am happy with them. Fitting easy. Globes are a little bit fiddly but ok once you know how to fit them
