I ordered a 1,000 x 1,300 shower tray on the basis of a next day delivery (Order HRWODGTFB).. There was no where when I placed the order that stated there was any delay with this order due to it being a 1,300 dimension and was purchased on a next day delivery basis. No one from your company contacted me of the delay. I chase on the next day delivery when i was informed of the delay of nearly two weeks. I was informed by Zach that the 1,000 x 1,200 would be delivered the following day, DHL advised delivery 08:00 - 13:00, it was delivered after 17:00! The original order cost £645.24 and the replacement tray cost £468.07, so I am still waiting for the refund of £177.17. Please can you inform me when this refund will arrive in my bank. I hope you would agree the service I have received is poor.

The customer service was excellent. Zach advised me what I needed to buy to fix a leak from my shower. He was extremely helpful, offering to speak to my plumber if needed. Thanks very much Zach

Ordered a shower tray and insert, wrong insert sent as the other one was not in stock, I was not made aware of this and a plain one was sent. All the other patterns were in stock, why I was not made aware of this baffles me especially as you contacted me to state the tray I wanted was not in stock and had to pick an alternative. Also still waiting for the partial refund. Also the actual product itself is basically covered foam, this costing £700-£800 is extortionate!!!!

Have been dealing with them for several years. 90% of the time they have been great, on a few occasions I’ve been let down with meeting my delivery requirements. Zach in sales is brilliant, the despatch department has let him down on a few occasions.

Never again i have used the company on a number of occasions and spent a fer bit of money with them However my last 3 orders have all been very problematic They have taken the orders and payment and for next day delivery the a day or 2 later email to say items out of stock and they will ship from manufacturer 4 to 6 days no 10 to twelve days what happened to next day delivery something has been lost in translation or in transit not sure witch One order even had bits missing so ended up having to wait even longer best bit box was damaged on delivery but the missing bit were not in it in the first place 👍 So 3 jobs delayed 3 not so happy clients False advertisements and broken promises selling stock they don't have and promising delivery dates knowing they can't deliver I'm currently waiting on a next day delivery 9 days init will be 10 days tomorrow and no updates Job on hold my work schedule all over the place for the third time because of this company Take your money then piss you around My advice is go elsewhere i will be in the future Dreadful service AW Bradfield AWB SERVICES

Purchased a wetroom tray for a customer, but the customer subsequently changed their mind. I contacted customer support, who sent me an RMA form. I completed it and returned it as requested. Since then, I’ve sent 4–5 emails and made several phone calls. More than three weeks later, I’m still waiting for a response or resolution. Every time I call, I’m told it will be dealt with “today or tomorrow”, but nothing happens. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing and has resulted in a complete waste of my time. Based on this experience, I would not use this company again and cannot recommend them.

Didnt have product in stock but was sent straight to me from supplier great service arrived as quick as from themselves.
