The carpet is lovely and most importantly for an item purchased on line it is exactly as photographed. The online presentation is very good,very precise and detailed. The delivery was prompt but the only problem was that they actually delivered the carpet a day earlier than expected. I had just received an email and a text to say that the delivery would be the following day and the delivery van appeared an hour later. It was just lucky that I was there. Otherwise very happy with my purchase.

Rug is beautiful and I am really pleased with how it complements the furniture and provides a bridge between a more vibrant rug at one end of the room and an older traditional rug at the other. Delivery was a couple of weeks ago now, but communication was good and the rug arrived, well packaged, on the date and in the time slot indicated.

The information about each rug is accurate and extremely detailed. The individual photos of the rugs are particularly impressive, being incredibly true to life. Thank you so much for the prompt delivery on my requested date – I would gladly order again!
