10 out of 10
I cannot fault the Bed Warehouse. 10 out of 10! They communicated with me by email throughout the order and delivery process. I had put two separate orders through and asked them to merge them into one delivery. They responded positively and even suggested a better mattress for the same price. Something I have never come across after an order. The driver contacted us on the morning of the delivery and the delivery went really smoothly. A really caring and reliable company.

Please service and bed
The staff were friendly on the phone and the delivery driver was very helpful when our bed arrived. Bed is lovely and well built. Only thing is just that we could have done with another confirmation text the night before delivery

Great product and Service
I have ordered through the bed warehouse 5 times now both bed frames and mattresses. Their product is excellent and they keep you informed on deliveries. On the one occasion we had a screw was missing from the bed frame. They got a replacement part in the post immediately. I recommend this company to friends, family and co workers.
