I purchased an L15 Hall Framed Mirror at the start of September and it was £575. Overall it is a lovely mirror although there was a small amount of excess white silicon visible at the top edge. The worst part is that I wanted two mirrors for my daughters but pruchased one to see what it was like. I now want to purchase a second identical mirror and the price has jumped to £801, which is almost a 40% increase in one month!! It changes a mirror which is good value to one that is expensive for what it is.

Customer service was good and I had no issues there. The design is nice and the mirror is exactly as described, but I guess you get what you pay for. The main issue for me is that the mirror doesn’t sit snugly against the wall and moves/shakes quite easily when touched. It has been installed correctly and I don’t feel like it’s going to fall off, but with children around, this could be a concern as they can be very curious. We are currently having 5 bathrooms renovated, and I wanted to try this one before choosing mirrors for the others. After trying it, I think I would personally pay a little more for a mirror that fits more securely and feels more solid against the wall.

Easy to order, though we did just choose a basic LED mirror. It came with very good packing. Low chance of breakages. Simple to fit and hang on the wall.

Tried to return mirror, as the quality is poor and not as represented on the website. Stonewalled by Artforma "customer services... judge for yourself. fast service and good price. Longer mains wire on back of LED bathroom mirror which would make it easier to fit. Easier to fit hooking mechanism for mirror as very difficult to line up wwhen fitting

Fabulous mirror, solid and looks wonderful above our MCM dressers. Being able to order a custom size was perfect. Excellent value. Highly recommend 👌

Doesn't appear to be great value for money to be honest. Also, having to take the mirror off the wall to replace the batteries is very difficult and scratches the wall in the process. Sorry, but I wouldn't buy this again
