Excellent service and value.
I visited the Lichfield showroom, and was impressed by the quality of the products and how helpful and knowledgable the lady in reception was, she provided me with prices for various options.
When I had installed a timber subframe I returned and ordered my doors with the same lady.
Everything was very efficient and after 2 -3 weeks the doors were delivered by 2 men who carried all of the doors and track into the bedroom where they were to be fitted.
I would like to thank all concerned for the excellent service and would also recommend Space slide to any potential clients.

Conscientious carpenter
The carpenter worked very hard from 9.30 to about 2 in our home and had 2.5 hours drive in the morning and similar on his return.
The work was done beautifully and both were very dedicated to the job with no break.
What you could do better:
I had no clue when they would arrive.
The app said to go on tracker to find out where they are. All it showed was where my house is. It pointed to it, but no indication ad to where the carpenters were.

delivery 'promised' in 5 days.
5 days later an email arrives (2.15pm on a Friday) explaining of an 'unexpected' delay and delivery would now be five/six weeks.
Interestingly the office closes at 2.30pm on a Friday.
Since then, nothing. but the payment has still ben taken.
Fitters had to be re-scheduled.
What can you do better? Over deliver and under promise as opposed to over promising and under delivering
