Pleased with the ordering and delivery process, and the unit looks good. On a first trial the temperature readings on the display fluctuated wildly over the time it took to reach the chosen temperatures for the fridge and the freezer. The unit had been upright for several days and, if it had been on its side, it would only have been so in transit. The manual is wrong in stating that the Night Mode function is selected with the Settings button; it is selected with the On/Off button. Apart from that, I fully anticipate it will be a brilliant replacement for the broken unit in my camper van. It squeezes a lot more cold storage into the same space that its predecessor took up.

From beginning to end AREBOS kept communicating with us through each step of our order. Everything went smoothly and to the timescale given which was very quick. My 83yrs mother is very pleased with the rollster walker saying it is well built to last. She likes the adjustable frame height, the wheels push easy and freely and it feels solid and safe to sit on. A great feature is it is light enough for her to lift up onto the pavement steps.

I bought a honey extractor which was a very good price and arrived very quickly. Seems like a good product for the price. However can’t give it an honest rating as when I tried to extract my honey it turned out to be heather honey which will not spin. Although it seems to be in perfect working order I don’t believe you can rate anything until you have used it a good while and see how it stands up to the job for which it was intended.

End to end process was great. I had minor concerns about shipping from Europe and when only 1 of 3 items turned up I was like "here we go". But I checked the correspondence and I had notification that items may ship separately. In the end I got 3 seperate deliveries all ahead of the stated day. I bought a pool pump and a pool vac. The items themselves were great value and look good quality and fit for purpose.

We ordered “Flo” on a bit of a whim really, but we’re happy that we did. The website was easy to navigate and the spa was ordered within minutes. Communication was good from Arebos (Mart25) and the package arrived via DPD courier around a week later. I didn’t know what to expect when opening the box, I assumed there would be lots of items to put together, but was pleasantly surprised to see that everything was built in (heater, pump etc). The only thing required was to unravel the spa, connect the air hose provided, plug into the mains socket and press the “bubbles” button to inflate…so easy. Fill with water, prime the heater then connect the filter, excellent piece of kit. Instruction manual provided is easy to follow too. We have used the spa a few times in the week we’ve had it, the filter is easy to clean and the water easy to chlorinate. Regular water changes, keeps it fresh too. Altogether very happy.

We only have a small dog padling pool but the water went green within two days. I looked at small filters but thought for the extra price I would try this filter. My only comment would be ,brilliant since it has been in the water is crystal clear. See photo ignore green on the bottom this was from before and just needs scrubbing. As you can see I have just dangled the pipes over the side works like a dream. The pool hoses do not come with the kit, but the pump and filter does get a connecting hose, Amazon £5 👍 My only criticism is that the instructions are poor so just use common sense and all will be well, or check out YouTube.

The mat is well made but doesn’t fit with the springs I already had in place with the last mat supposedly the same size… it is clearly bigger. So I have had to buy all new shorter springs (5.5 ) so it will fit our base. Our base is very old however so expect things have changed over the years. As long as it now works for the grandchildren I’m happy.

My personal experience was very positive, good communication, got the product for a good price and had updates throughout on the expected delivery. I was expecting to have to use an adapter as the product is German and other reviews have stated this but it came with a UK plug. Instructions fairly easy to follow if you check them thoroughly. Enjoying very clean pool water now. Very impressed.

Quick purchase of an awesome product. The only thing I found frustrating was the lack of information from courier. I only knew it was arriving when I got a text to say it would be here on the day thankfully I was in. Tracking otherwise was pretty useless. It also took over a week to arrive but that's understandable when you realise it's coming from overseas.

Super quick delivery considering it had to clear customs. Kept updated throughout. Other than maybe not have item displayed on packaging nothing could be done better. Spa easy to put up. Clear instructions in English. Unpacked and filled within hour and half. Easy to use controls. Comfortable to sit in. Would highly recommend

Very pleased with the cover for a robotic lawn mower. The cover arrived in good time and is very well made and does the job excellently. The diagrams in the manual, could be clearer though, with regards to the placement of the fixing screws

My wife and me are so very very happy with this product. It has brought me so much enjoyment as I suffer a lot with pain but most of all it has been so nice to sit out in thisnice weather and to relax in this hot tub the quality is fantastic easy to keep clean very very beautiful we are so pleased thank you.

The solar shower arrived promptly and seemed easy to assemble but unfortunately after numerous attempts it was impossible to fix the upper unit onto the lower unit, no matter how hard we tried (2 people) without risking damaging it. What is most frustrating is that there is no way to contact Arebos except via the ‘contact’ form enquiry (which unusually does not permit pictures or videos). Very frustrating.

Everything was perfect. I had a question about us being in the UK and the plug set up and it was answered very well. It did Tahoe a while to get to us but is a great filter. Only thing I would say is that because the filter is so good we now need to upgrade our heater !!!

Delighted with the hob. Excellent value. Installation was done quickly without any issues, so I was surprised to read other reviews about fitting problems. The only reason I've not given 5 stars is that delivery was rather tardy. The parcel was held up in Customs for a long time. I incorrectly assumed that it would be shipped from a uk warehouse as I ordered via a uk website.

Customer care replied to my email regarding missing part of order and explained that it was in two parts and two tracking numbers and will be delivered separately. Received both parts of order within days.

Considering where the bread maker was despatched from it arrive several days sooner than expected. It is a good quality machine we are still in the learning stage of bread making but it armed to work well.

I contacted you directly to get more information and advice on your sand pump and Cansu was extremely helpful and gave me all the information I required before I purchased my pump. I now have it up and running this morning and so far it seems to be doing the job

Very happy with product.Arrived as described. Polite customer service. Very well priced. Postage and packaging very good. Everything about this order was seamless except for the payment. I had to ask my friend to pay with her paypal as I wasn't able to pay with my bank card. That's the only reason I have given 4 stars. Otherwise I recommend this company.

The unit is everything I wished for. I am a little concerned over the delivery as the unit was left on its side when it was clearly marked with arrows to be kept upright. I hope this does not affect the lifespan of the fridge.
