Quick purchase of an awesome product. The only thing I found frustrating was the lack of information from courier. I only knew it was arriving when I got a text to say it would be here on the day thankfully I was in. Tracking otherwise was pretty useless. It also took over a week to arrive but that's understandable when you realise it's coming from overseas.

The only reason I've not given 5 stars is that delivery was rather tardy. The parcel was held up in Customs for a long time. The jacuzzi arrived early and was very easy to inflate. Not sure if the base was meant to inflate, it didn't but it is very comfortable in spite of that. The bubbles are very gentle and relaxing. I would have liked another layer of bubbles halfway up the side but that is a minor point and I am very pleased with my new acquisition
