Delighted with the hob. Excellent value. Installation was done quickly without any issues, so I was surprised to read other reviews about fitting problems. The only reason I've not given 5 stars is that delivery was rather tardy. The parcel was held up in Customs for a long time. I incorrectly assumed that it would be shipped from a uk warehouse as I ordered via a uk website.

The jacuzzi arrived early and was very easy to inflate. Not sure if the base was meant to inflate, it didn't but it is very comfortable in spite of that. The bubbles are very gentle and relaxing. I would have liked another layer of bubbles halfway up the side but that is a minor point and I am very pleased with my new acquisition

Dealt with an issue of castors not fitting by sending new ones. The ones I had actually would have fitted if I had been persistent So, that was good service. So the items fine, good price etc BUT there was nothing to indicate that the item was going to come from Germany and take over 5 days because of that. Never mind my worry about whether or not there would be any actual customs charges or not.

What a great bit of kit, easy to assemble and set up. Pump is quiet and powerful. We have a volume of 9 cubes and the combination of filter balls and sand is fantastic and keeps the pool very clean with overnight filtration. For small to medium set ups this is a gem.
