Shelving arrived promptly although the the box was soggy because of the rain. Contents were all there. I had to bend some of the bits back into shape - pliers or fingers did the job - no worries.
Assembling a bit fiddly- mainly because I was building in a cupboard with not much room to manoeuvre!! Managed ok - pleased with the result - a tough set of shelves I can stack up boxes etc on. The standard sizes available on Amazon didn’t work for me - but these are perfect. Very happy.
Pretend that is UK website and despatch. But then they sent the Item from Germany which took week longer then they stated for delivery. I needed the item weeks ago! Also the only phone number for the company is London number which is invalid.

A well made sturdy set of roof rails to fix 2 x solar panels, all parts well made and complete. Postage was quite quick but unfortunately the package had broken open at the ends and some parts were loose but all parts delivered so all turned out ok.

The goods I received did not suit the purpose, so I requested a return, they were very nice and accepted this and supplied a prepaid return slip which I used to send the good back, I am waiting my reimbursement but I feel sure that will happen.

The product is sturdy and looks good, one of the roof poles didn’t fit, so needed to be sanded down which is annoying when you spend that kind of money.

Import fee and half missing :(
Sadly only half my order has arrived - I’ve emailed arebos but no reply and the order that did arrive came with a huge import duty fee that I had no idea about as I was ordering from a uk website!

My goods have not been delivered and I get no response by phone or email
Mart24 are supposedly the suppliers in this case, I have called them 3 times but there is never any response, i HAVE MAILED 3 TIMES AND DITTO, no resaponse.

For the price, a good DIY bench drill
For the price - it’s a nice compact bench drill. It recently arrived shortly after placing the order, well packed, and easy to assemble with the enclosed instructions.
As with others, two spring and flat washers were missing. No problem since I had these in stock. Using a dial gauge the spindle was found to wander 0.025mm. However, the chuck, with round bar in place, wandered 0.425mm
