I searched for so long until I came across this wagon, I didn’t want something too big and heavy but I wanted it to hold enough weight. Well low and behold, this carried two toddlers (18 months and 2 years old) and two children (both 4 years old) at the same time down an extremely bumpy and rocky track - I’m talking the track is 1.5 miles long. The wheels are fantastic, love the push and pull feature (which came in super handy because some parts *cough cough* uphill, you needed two people) and the sunshade is a brilliant idea. I wouldn’t push four in it again unless it was even ground, only because the weight of the children - I’d probably jog down the track with it if there was just two. Cannot believe the quality for such a good price; will be letting everyone know.

The product supplied was an Swimming pool heat pump and is not suitable for use in the UK. The pump was fitted with a 2 pin plug with an integral RCD . This cannot be used in the UK as we use a 3 pin plug system and the RCD needs to be fitted in line to allow for the plug to be secured in the outdoor weatherproof safety socket. It took the company 5 days to answer my emails and nobody was available to speak to me on the helpline despite me ringing more than 20 times. The website gives the impression that the seller is UK based and that the heatpumps are in stock. However this is not the case and the company is based in Germany and the Heat pumps are also shipped from Germany.I have today sent the heatpump back to the supplier for a full refund .
