Their attitude to customer service! When I had a problem with my 90 year old mum's new KitchenAid Stainless Steel kettle Amy was quick to respond. Upon request I sent a video by email of the lid opening malfunction. The push button on the lid especially when the kettle is warm fails to open the lid! Sometimes the lid opens inadvertently by itself! The lid opening function is intermittent at best when the kettle is cold! We were offered an alternative kettle by Amy but its aesthetic wasn't one that appealed to my mum. We were emailed an address where to return the kettle for a refund. At first we were offered by Amy a collection of the faulty kettle from my 90 year old mum. However, we now understand that mum has to take it to the shops to return it. She intends to do this when I have computer access to a printer so that I can let the technicians know about the kettle fault in writing. The fault is intermittent when the kettle is cold but when water is heated the top is very difficult to open until the kettle has cooled which isn't helpful when you are making tea for a visiting family. Not everyone excels at customer service but my contact with Sam and Amy at Juicers has been exemplary!

Absolutely love this juicer! A fantastic addition to my kitchen appliances. I choose it over others because it appeared to be quick to clean with very little effort to assemble and disassemble...., I was right! It's effortless, a quick rinse under running water and I leave it to air dry and I'm out the door. Great, well built machine which looks stylish in my worktop.

I recently purchased a KitchenAid food processor and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The price was the best I found anywhere, and the 2‑year warranty included was a great bonus. Delivery was swift, tracked through DPD, and the parcel arrived very well packaged. The food processor itself is excellent! powerful, easy to use, and exactly what I needed. The description and price were just right. I had thought about a “professional” blender before but was worried that the price might not be justified. I use the blender now every other day making healthy fruit smoothies for my wife and myself. No pieces even dried figs, dates, nuts. Just smoothie! As expected, a motor this powerful would be noisy but the acoustic cover makes it more than acceptable. We will soon move to a flat and I feel confident that it will be part of my future routine making soups and juices too.

I order a HUROM HZ hopper and accompanying juice bowl for my juicer. They sent me the wrong item HUROM H-AA hopper or an inferior part. After first bringing this to ‘juicers.co.uk’, it was inferred that I was not using the juicer correctly. After sending in multiple videos and photos i was told to send the incorrect hopper back. After getting trusted.com involved they sent me a pre paid label and I sent it back. I explained i still needed the correct hopper, first i was told there is only one type of hopper ( which is incorrect ) and then I was told that the item was discontinued ( this was after i had sent the hopper back and bear in mind i bought the base juice bowl and hopper lid together ). I said that i no longer need the juicebowl since there is no hopper. Currently i have not received a refund for the juice bowl nor a returns label, and whats more have a non functioning juicer. I have since written the the manufacturers in South Korea and will be writing to all the company directors as something doesnt add up. They can resolve this if they wanted to. The correct hopper is one in the picture entitled ‘my friends’ All they need to do is refund me the juice bowl, send a prepaid label and give the best advice on what to do with a now redundant HZ juicer. I have been a HUROM CUSTOMER both dosmestic and professionally since 2018 and am extremely disappointed with them over this transaction. It would seem that they pride themselves in poor post sales service.

Ordered and found out that I hadn’t updated my apple wallet address so it going to my previous address. Contacted juicers and their agents were all very helpful in putting order on hold, confirming the address couldn’t be changed but cancelled the order and helped with putting item back into stock so I could reorder with the right address.
