Ordering on the website was a nightmare and I had to go back later. I think there may have been a glitch so will give benefit of doubt. Given the cost I was worried that payment either wasn’t going through or I’d paid twice!. Once ordered everything went smoothly, it was delivered the next day as promised. The packaging was heavy and enormous and I wondered if I’d ordered the wrong model. Once unpacked it’s a beautiful machine. Simple to put together, ish, still a heavy beast but of such high quality, no sharp edges, nice design. Quiet to use, really easy to clean and put back together again. All it needs is rinsed, no graters to scrub, waste minimal and very dry for composting. The fruit and veg need a lot of prep but it’s all part of the process as once loaded you have nothing to do and it’s really quick to juice one hopper. Very pleased when I don’t think about the price

I received the juicer (Hurom H300 Self-Feeding Slow Juicer in Black) and used it 3 times. Ok the 3rd attempt the juicer did not eject the pull. I packaged it up ready to send back having send a request through the web site. However I am now being blocked at every corner for returning this product. Insisting on a video, not engaging in a telephone call to discuss. Their shipping of product is quick and seamless but beware that they are not good with any after sales problem. I am now resorting to PayPal claim or perhaps even the small claims court in order to have this product returned and receive my £500+ back!
