Juicers telephoned me before they dispatched my package as my address looked wrong to the member of staff who was processing my order, and it was wong! I had typed in, incorrectly whilst doing my order online. They wanted to double check, its was all correct before my package was posted which I personally thought was worth a 5 star rating for excellent customer service!

The device i bought was very competitively priced. Delivered very promptly and the team showed flexibility when I noticed i hadn't submitted the same delivery and billing address. One phone call to a real person resolved the matter in minutes. So a very good service. The device, came well packaged and is in perfect condition and perfect working order. I would recommend Juicers and would buy from them again without hesitation

I ordered a Green Pan Elite Slowcooker 6L for my twin sons in London. I was astounded that this came up so much cheaper than anywhere else and researched the company extensively incase it was 'too good to be true'. Reassured by other excellent reviews so went ahead. The order arrived incredibly quickly by DPD which is one of my favourite courier services anyway. I would say this company is truly excellent in everyway. They also included free recipe book.

The gears on my old juicer broke and unable to buy spares. So the hunt was on to find a new one. I looked at many but kept coming back to the Angel 7500 in stainless steel. Despite the price tag I believe, buy cheap you buy twice. My last juicer lasted me almost 20 years and served me well. I like the fact that it's easy to clean as advertised, having only four parts. The gears being all stainless steel look strong and I'm confident they're not going to fall apart like my old ones which were stainless steel and plastic. I've made lots of different juices and again as advertised the yield is very good and the waste is minimal. So far I'm loving it and am juicing more than I used to simply because the juicer is so easy to clean.

I ordered the Ankarsrum mixer in Sage green. I received a phone call to say the one they had was damaged and another one was due the following week. I decided to to pick another colour the sunbeam yellow and it arrived the following day. Excellent service, very helpful, friendly and professional staff. I am happy with my choice and can't wait to use it.

Looked at lots of other blenders and decided on this one so pleased I did. It takes on everything I throw at it I use it everyday love it. It’s quite (depending on what you put in it) and when I have finished just put a small amount of water in it and so washing up liquid put on for 15 seconds and it’s clean so good. Would highly recommend 🥳

Next day delivery was a great feature as I was able to make the purchase to coincide with a day I was at home. Well packaged Bamix system. Everything is in working order. This higher powered blender replaced my previous more basic Bamix which after 15 years has now gone to my son.

Their attitude to customer service! When I had a problem with my 90 year old mum's new KitchenAid Stainless Steel kettle Amy was quick to respond. Upon request I sent a video by email of the lid opening malfunction. The push button on the lid especially when the kettle is warm fails to open the lid! Sometimes the lid opens inadvertently by itself! The lid opening function is intermittent at best when the kettle is cold! We were offered an alternative kettle by Amy but its aesthetic wasn't one that appealed to my mum. We were emailed an address where to return the kettle for a refund. At first we were offered by Amy a collection of the faulty kettle from my 90 year old mum. However, we now understand that mum has to take it to the shops to return it. She intends to do this when I have computer access to a printer so that I can let the technicians know about the kettle fault in writing. The fault is intermittent when the kettle is cold but when water is heated the top is very difficult to open until the kettle has cooled which isn't helpful when you are making tea for a visiting family. Not everyone excels at customer service but my contact with Sam and Amy at Juicers has been exemplary!

Chose an Omega juicer to replace the Chinese one from a few years ago as wife bust it doing beetroot. So far its Fantastic. Pulp comes out do dry uou could use it as fire lighters. Issue with the original order as the box was broken so could not send it but it was upgraded to a better model. Fantastic service

Very happy with my purchase as I got the item I wanted at an excellent price. Very speedy delivery also. Website has lots of choice with bargains to be had. Social media ads keep me up to date on latest stock. Will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family.

Absolutely love this juicer! A fantastic addition to my kitchen appliances. I choose it over others because it appeared to be quick to clean with very little effort to assemble and disassemble...., I was right! It's effortless, a quick rinse under running water and I leave it to air dry and I'm out the door. Great, well built machine which looks stylish in my worktop.

The purchase process was easy and delivery was next day as promised. I was kept up to date with the delivery details and the purchase also included a free blender. Very happy with my Ankarsrum.

I recently purchased a KitchenAid food processor and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The price was the best I found anywhere, and the 2‑year warranty included was a great bonus. Delivery was swift, tracked through DPD, and the parcel arrived very well packaged. The food processor itself is excellent! powerful, easy to use, and exactly what I needed. I honestly couldn’t recommend this company enough. I’ll definitely be shopping with them again.

Bought a gastroback breadmaker. Quick despatch and delivery. Price was good compared to toher sellers. The breadmaker is great too. I would shop from juicemakers again

They were fast and relatively helpful. They drop one point because when I found the same product, with a free ice-cream maker for the same price I paid, they would not meet the other price because it was only available in black, and had ordered blue. The two base units are the same price regardless of the colour.
