Good communication about my delivery

Very good quality and customer service. A small issue over whether we had booked assembly was quickly sorted.

Great quality chairs and very comfortable.

I placed an order on 3 August I contacted calligaris for an update in the middle of September as it was due for delivery by end of to be told item wasn’t leaving Italy until 6 October. I contacted them again a week before due delivery date and told it was delayed and due at the end of October however they couldn’t guarantee this as waiting for components communication was poor as I did all the contacting, only plus side full refund provided within a couple of days however they’d benefited from my full payment for 2 months! I wouldn’t order again from this company
