The pram is super cute but goodness me the amount of bright orange glue that has been left after the hood and body were factory assembled is frankly terrible! I have gifted this pram as a first birthday gift and was there for the assembly. I'm very embarrassed by how poor the quality control is. The pram looks cheap but isn't! You need better standards when passing final inspection.
The pram was ordered with a set of bedding and this came separately in a grubby bag which I had to wipe before wrapping.
I think for the prices you charge you could ensure products are presented in a clean condition.

Great dolls house and great customer service
I bought the dolls house champagne and two sets of dolls families. The order arrived very quickly after a few days. When I had a small issue, the customer service was very responsive and supportive, and sorted out what I needed, therefore, Would highly recommend Petit Amelie. The overall design supports my son and he spent hours playing in it after I’d put it together - he even sleeps in it! Putting it together was relatively easy for a flat pack (I’ve had worse) and there weren’t any pieces missing. All told, given how my son is loving his bed, I would recommend this product.

Great that it’s cotton. Love the look of it. High quality and robust made. Very attractive. Great size. Organic cotton would be even better from a health perspective. Would prefer a more pure baby/dusky pink. Instructions are extremely difficult to follow and the tie instructions don’t make any sense - need a QR code that you can click and shows a video of tie instructions. There are some design flaws that need improvement. The end of the poles that sit on the floor need pockets in the ground sheet to sit in which would pull the ground sheet out flat evenly and the ties need an obvious way of tying around the poles (like some eye holes). The sides of the teepee sag in, so need ties or poppers half way along the bottom edge of the teepee to attach to the ground Mat, to keep the side taut, so they don’t sag in.

I’m really pleased with this bed. The quality is excellent and it feels strong and sturdy once assembled. There’s no creaking or movement, and it looks even better in person. It’s a great addition to the room and I would happily recommend it.
