Easy to order and a great price, tracking from Germany was great till it got into the hands of Royal Mail Parcel force, Who e-mailed me at 8.30 in the morning on the day it was going to be delivered to say it was being delivered, this was unfortunate as I left the house at 8.20 to do our weekly shop, on my return there was a card thru the door saying there was no one in and it would be delivered on the next working day, Tuesday, so missed using my new hot tub on the hottest May bank holiday on record, Now I am unable to find out when it is going to be delivered unless I wait on a premium rate phone line for 40 mins, so now stuck in for the day to see if it turns up.

Only thing to note is that as they are German the unit only had an EU plug on it with no adaptor in the box.
