Easy to order and a great price, tracking from Germany was great till it got into the hands of Royal Mail Parcel force, Who e-mailed me at 8.30 in the morning on the day it was going to be delivered to say it was being delivered, this was unfortunate as I left the house at 8.20 to do our weekly shop, on my return there was a card thru the door saying there was no one in and it would be delivered on the next working day, Tuesday, so missed using my new hot tub on the hottest May bank holiday on record, Now I am unable to find out when it is going to be delivered unless I wait on a premium rate phone line for 40 mins, so now stuck in for the day to see if it turns up. Trotec why do you not use a proper courier like DHL in stead of Royal mail Parcel Farce?

It looks like German engineering at its finest. I have to be honest and say that I haven’t set the unit up yet but minimal communication with the company but an absolutely amazing delivery very professional looks like the parcel stood the right way up the whole way here and it came all the way from Germany to the UK. It was here within seven days.

First class customer service; goods exactly as described, arrived on time. Well packaged and not used the pump appears to be well engineered and good quality. The company kept me well informed about the progress of my delivery and I have no problem highly recommending them 10 out of 10 - well done

I would have give 5 stars, But there is only one connector and the machine needs 2 I can’t buy one in England so I have had to patch something together myself. I will contact the company to purchase one hopefully this is possible Regards Stan pinfield

I found your website easy to navigate, I would be very grateful and happy if parcelforce could navigate their way to my chosen place of delivery (my local post office) they are unfortunately holding my item at one of their depot miles away (Shrewsbury) and I find the links unhelpful and frustrating. I would appreciate any input on this matter from yourselves, best regards Hywel Roberts

Order arrived quickly & as expected the heater is as described although it was fitted with a eyropean plug not a uk one so you will.need an adapter which h is no good for an outdoor socket.

It was great until the order was cleared by UK customs three days ago now. I had excellent information and updates. Now in UK for three days, it’s said the same thing, on way to final parcel centre, used Parcelforce tracking and only update is that order is being picked. Ordered a week ago today and last three days have been very disappointing, I have emailed customer services yesterday.

Would recommend to anyone, from doing my order to receiveing my garden pump 5 days and it was delivered, brilliant service

I recently ordered 2 Design Air Purifier AirgoClean® 100 E units, from the Trotec online shop UK and was genuinely impressed. The website was easy to navigate, product descriptions were clear, and checkout was smooth. My order (GB-37000012850) arrived quickly and was well-packaged—exactly as described. The units themselves only have a 2 PIN plug but this was solved easily for me, as I have a number of 2 PIN to 3 PIN adapters but other people may not, so Trotec might consider putting adapters in for Ireland & UK orders. Quiet operation with a sleep mode. Also have both a Hepa filter and a gas filter so at least the cat litter trays don't smell as bad as usual. Customer communication was spot-on too. I received timely updates and felt confident throughout the process. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that delivers what it promises without any hassle. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable products and professional service. Will definitely be ordering again.

Best dirty water pumps i have ever bought and I have bought quite a few over the years.

Order and delivery were fine but when I tried to arrange a return the website said it was too big and I needed to contact customer service. When I did they said it could only be returned online. Still waiting for them to get back to me.

Great value product with great customers service 10/10

I am disappointed with my experience. The Trotec air conditioner arrived damaged, and despite reporting the issue immediately, I have not received any solution or meaningful response after 5 days. I expected better customer service and faster handling of a damaged delivery. I hope this matter will be resolved as soon as possible.
