Ease of purchase on the website and, once I eventually got it, the quality of the product.
Not overly impressed by use of UPS for shipping, as often the case with this carrier tracking information was erratic and delivery delayed at various stages not least due to a "sortation" (is that even a word) error once in the UK. At least, unlike many of the online reviews for this carrier (Useless Parcel Service), I did eventually receive my product.

The Grinder was deliver in good time and in good condition. I live in England and when I opened the packaging to my dismay the plug is EUROPEAN two pin and we here in the UK use a three pin plug. I sourced an adapter but to no avail the grinder would not work, my wife sourced a further adapter and still the grinder would not work. Whilst I awaited an adapter I set about fitting a stone cutting disc to the grinder and button stop to enable tightening of the fitting did not work. So I have emailed TROTEK twice now, the first one on the day I received the grinder Friday 8th September and again today Tuesday 12th September as I hadn't received a reply from TROTEK at all. I am not at all pleased with the product or customer services as in no reply to my email to try and resolve the problem. Pictures taken but unfortunately cannot upload them.

My order arrived with all the boxes of staples broken meaning all the staples were loose and fell out when I opened the outer packaging The outside packaging was in tact so can only assume that my order of different sized staples was not packed correctly

Well I can't give more than 3 stars because
When I purchased the item on their website said that they were paying for all the tax to be delivered to the UK
But it's not like that , you have to pay 20%
VAT and that is very unfair
Take that info out of your website
Don't give false info.
The Machine arrived in good condition and
It seems that it works OK.

Please don't use UPS!!! Freezing weather and my order was delayed due to an outstanding payment to customs which I was happy to pay. Still no heaters that were meant to be here yesterday. UPS couldn't be bothered to notify you about outstanding payments unless you track your shipment manually. Trotec is good but please pick better couriers.

Not made in Germany but in China
We were very disappointed having searched for a dehumidifier that wasn't made in China and were led from the website to believe that Trotec were made in Germany. When it arrived the label shows made in the PRC.
Also the packaging was damaged because the UK adapter had been stuffed in the side.
The device works well enough.

Shipping can be handled better as the unit I received was damaged due to mishandling, although the damage was cosmetic and the unit was functional. The vendor offered me a 10% discount in return.

Very POOR customer service. There is no customer service in the UK. I had to call to their office in Germany .
Late delivery. Delay at custom. I had to pay Custom Duty by myself to receive my Air Conditioner from UPS. They promised to refund me this payment immediately But I have not received it Yet.
The received Air conditioner was Broken. I requested refund of my payment based on 14 days Consumer Act rights on their own website but they ignored my request.
Very Much NOT recommend .

Ripping off people
When I paid for the product, it was written that customs duty is included in price I paid. When UPS delivered today the Trotec dehumidifier they asked to pay 50£ extra for customs duty. Very disappointed
