I would recommend MouldLabUK for anyone who has suspicions of mould. We recently carried out repairs to a ground floor bedroom room to clear water damage which had resulted in mould growth. We wanted to be certain all mould had been removed. So we purchased an Air test
which arrived the next day. The test was easy to use. Mould spores appeared after four days I sent a picture to Frederick at MouldLab who explained the growth was within normal levels.
Very happy with the results and MouldLab.

I have sent several emails to get the results from my first test and have gotten zero response. If you are not going to give me the results of the test then refund me the money as this is ridiculous .. I have sent 8 emails on this and have gotten zero responses

I have review the information, and can see that we are missing a reply on 1 email, but that all other request and emails have been responded to within minutes.
You're request for a refund, was send to us on the 9th of juli, we refunded the order on the 10th, and fully completed on the 13th. So within 4 days of the refund request, the refund was fully treated through us.
