Great value
The Lithium coin cells I purchased had a very long 'best before date', about 9 years in the future so have a really long shelf life. Price paid was reasonable, shipping costs were excellent (via Royal Mail) and they were quickly dispatched This is the first place I look for coin cells now as the price is competitive, I've always received batteries with a long shelf life, product seems good quality and they are quickly sent out.

I tried reconnecting the cable as securely as it would fit but still nothing. Fortunately, once I connected one of my own charging cables everything worked. Possibly a quality control issue here.

This is not my first purchase from GP batteries. I have a power bank that is at least 5 years old now, and it’s brilliant. I use it regularly when out on the Lake District fells (where we visit a lot).
It’s also equally useful when sat on a beach in the sun from Cyprus to Greece, my power bank is well travelled!
This new purchase is for a new power bank to deal with Christmas lights (powered with a USB plug)

Duracell baby safe batts are no good
I found that many button cells from Duracell now have child safe coatings and these no longer work in my devices, so I took a chance on GP batteries and now have no more problems.
