I've so far recharged the D batteries I bought a few years ago many times, they're still working and will have saved me a fair bit of money not buying new batteries, and meant dead batteries aren't having to be disposed of with whatever problems that would cause.

The Lithium coin cells I purchased had a very long 'best before date', about 9 years in the future so have a really long shelf life. Price paid was reasonable, shipping costs were excellent (via Royal Mail) and they were quickly dispatched This is the first place I look for coin cells now as the price is competitive, I've always received batteries with a long shelf life, product seems good quality and they are quickly sent out.

Overall, the experience was good in terms of communication and prompt delivery. Unfortunately, one I had loaded the batteries into the charger, connected the charging cable, nothing happened. I tried reconnecting the cable as securely as it would fit but still nothing. Fortunately, once I connected one of my own charging cables everything worked. Possibly a quality control issue here.

This is not my first purchase from GP batteries. I have a power bank that is at least 5 years old now, and it’s brilliant. I use it regularly when out on the Lake District fells (where we visit a lot). It’s also equally useful when sat on a beach in the sun from Cyprus to Greece, my power bank is well travelled! This new purchase is for a new power bank to deal with Christmas lights (powered with a USB plug) I know I’m buying good quality, and excellent customer service as well.

Quick, well packed And a great price. I thought the AAA charging wasn’t working but the wrapping on mine (not GP) came around the negative end too much, I opened it a tiny bit and it’s fine. But I nearly sent it back

As a past customer, it was no surprise that the order arrived on time, perfectly packaged together with good communication. However, one other thing I wanted to stress was with regard to a recent technical issue I have had recently with my ReCyco Charge 10 charger (an excellent product by the way. My problem was not a complaints but rather seeking to understand a specific issue I was having. I have to say, the technical support I experienced was “top notch”. Cat was very prompt getting back to me initially and really helpful throughout in resolving the issue successfully. Very refreshing to get this level of customer service!!

Ordered batteries for key fobs, got exactly what I needed; the CR version and not BR like all the sellers on eBay seem to be offering. Very pleased overall. I can recommend and I would use again in future, many thanks!

I bought these for my friend, and she says she is very happy with the batteries and the design of the charger is brilliant, as it takes both sizes of batteries.

GP batteries are usually reliable. These rechargable AAAs seem OK (though the capacity is not huge). Neat little charger works fine with GP batteries but some brands of AAAs don't quite touch the +ve contact.
