Extremely well behaved pans. Really easy to clean and restoare. Biggest gripe is that there are no watering holes in the handle and water does seep into it over time. Perfect for smoking up your oven if it was forgotten and something chars up :P
Great size but only cooked on it once and everything stuck to the pan and had trouble getting it off. Used as per user guide that comes with the pan. Little disappointed if I’m honest

Carbon steel pans and iron cast grill
Excellent products (Carbon steel and iron cast pans/grilss and fantastic seasoning, regretting not to have used these great items years ago...

Hello Daniel, thank you again for your order. You can be sure that you have chosen the right product. A little patience is required when using the pans. I have experienced this myself at home. The pan has to be warmed up very slowly in stages. Use a little more oil the first time and wait longer when frying. If you are frying an egg, for example, then level 3 is sufficient for induction. If you have the feeling that it is sticking, please wait, it will come off all by itself. How do you get the pan clean again? Wash it off, use soap (do not put it in the dishwasher). Then dry it well and rub it inside and out with a paper towel with vegetable oil (except olive oil), and then put it upside down in the oven at 250 degrees for an hour.
