Great quality, fast deliver Got a cast iron fry pan and pancake pan.

Purchased Skottberg because they do not contain any nasty chemicals. Will now have 5 items from the carbon steel range. Better than non stick and easy to clean in hot water with chain Mail scourer.

First off, delivery was fast and I was kept well informed of the status. This is not my first stainless steel pan from Skottsberg, having bought the Wok a while ago and really love it, but on some occasions a classic frying pan can be the more suitable utensil. I was unsurprised at the excellent build quality and clean lines. Handle is perfect for gripping and does not transfer heat from the pan when using on the stove top. The pan is easy to use if you follow the tips supplied and I am looking forward to many years of enjoyable cooking. I would highly recommend this to any hobby cooks and as an excellent addition to any kitchen.
