Hi Hilary, Thank you so much for your lovely feedback! We’re glad to hear that you’re happy with the quality and height of your WandaGO. Keeping urine and solids completely separate can sometimes take a little practice. Due to anatomical differences, separation may not always be 100% precise, particularly for women. Sitting upright and centred over the separator insert can help achieve the best possible result. And don’t worry if a small amount of urine occasionally ends up in the solids container - this doesn’t affect the overall function of the system. We hope you enjoy your WandaGO and thank you for choosing TROBOLO! 💚 All the best, your TROBOLO team

Hi there, Thank you very much for your review and for sharing your experience! We're delighted to hear that you're happy with your WandaGO and that it served you well during your first nights in your new campervan. We wish you many wonderful adventures ahead! At the same time, we completely understand your frustration regarding the delivery costs. We genuinely regret that customers in certain regions of the UK have to pay additional shipping fees. Unfortunately, this is due to the logistics and carrier surcharges that apply to these delivery areas, and regrettably, it is not something we can influence ourselves. We appreciate your understanding and are especially pleased that, despite this inconvenience, the product itself has met your expectations. Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing TROBOLO! Best regards, your TROBOLO team

Hello, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback – and we’re truly happy to hear that you are overall satisfied with your TROBOLO and that it helps solve the challenge of having no loo and no mains water. Our manuals are intentionally designed with as little text as possible so they can be understood worldwide and used easily across different languages. We truly appreciate your suggestion, as feedback like yours helps us to keep improving. Regarding the inlays: especially our mobile toilets like your BilaBox is designed for use on the go, composting options are often limited while travelling. For this reason, we include robust recycled plastic bags that offer a practical and hygienic solution for many situations. Thank you again for your honest review and for sharing your experience with us – it truly means a lot. We wish you many comfortable and worry-free moments with your TROBOLO! Best regards from your TROBOLO Team
