I ordered items advertised on the website. I was sent emails to confirm the order and to say the items had been dispatched including a consignment number with DHL. I expected delivery in 2-3 days. I didn't receive the items. I went to the DHL website to find the parcel using the consignment number and it said they hadn't been able to collect it from the seller. I messaged Playwell and they said they were due to phone me to say the items were out of stock and did I want to wait 70 days or have a refund?! I might have given two stars but they didn't even apologise. I won't be using them again...

I was interested in an item so rang first to ensure it was in stock and confirm some details. The contact was helpful and I said I’d order the item as soon as the call finished which I did, that same day I had email confirmation of the order and despatch. The item arrived in good condition and was as expected. Very quick turnaround from order to arrived.

Both wooden swords are made with love and care. My issue was with the delivery driver. As I was warned I would have to sign hand show identification and they handed me the delivery with no request for signing or identification. And if I may make a suggestion, the wooden katana and scabbard should be sold with a string or belt of some description

Playwell sell excellent quality products at really affordable prices. I keep going back to them because I don't have a lot to spend, but Playwell's prices are so affordable for me and the products are the exact quality as other expensive retailers. It's really a no brainer for me to carry on shopping with them.

Very helpful and sent me shin guards for taekwando and went the extra mile to help us when the ones we ordered were out of stock and sent us a different make. Will definitely order from here again a great company and great product. Thank you

Have bought kit for my club from Playwell a few times and have always been very happy with the level of service and the quality of the kit. This has made Playwell my go to for any kit requirements.

Fantastic product and service my the only reason a do not give 5 stars is the price of postage if they could get delivery costs down I would never bother look else where
