I have used Playwell off and on for more years than I want to admit to.
They have always been my go too for anything martial arts related.
From just the quality of clothes to personal protection equipment and weapons.
I have always found that the quality and service and indeed quick despatch of orders, have never dropped nor changed over decades of use.
Website is great to navigate and also if I'm ever in need of advice, the person on the other end of the phone are the fountain of knowledge that's required.

I still have not received the order despite paying for next day delivery. I understand that delivery is contracted to DX but that is your business choice and they are falling far short of an acceptable service level. It is particularly irritating for the last two mornings to be told, we have your item and will deliver today. A few hours later the messages changes to there is a delay. we will deliver soon.

Service was very good but the product was just ok. The latter was tricky to put together without damaging the joints ( I had to use a robber faced mallet to bang the pieces together). Also, it comfortably holds long swords but not broadswords (especially those that are ‘double’ in one scabbard).

Both sparring swords arrived lightly packaged and were bent. Were meant for a sparring event that they now can’t be used for.

Nice training karambit ordered from Playwell.
Well made and nice weight.
The only thing that lets it down is the inside of finger ring on the karambit is a bit rough. Also the edges on the finger ring should really be rounded off and smooth but they are not.

New Tonfa's for training
I like the light weight of the tonfa's compared to the old oak ones I have been using, the only thing I did not like is they are coated in a heavy reddish varnish. They are seem to be well made, I am looking forward to using.
