I have used Playwell off and on for more years than I want to admit to. They have always been my go too for anything martial arts related. From just the quality of clothes to personal protection equipment and weapons. I have always found that the quality and service and indeed quick despatch of orders, have never dropped nor changed over decades of use. Website is great to navigate and also if I'm ever in need of advice, the person on the other end of the phone are the fountain of knowledge that's required. Keep it up.

I still have not received the order despite paying for next day delivery. I understand that delivery is contracted to DX but that is your business choice and they are falling far short of an acceptable service level. It is particularly irritating for the last two mornings to be told, we have your item and will deliver today. A few hours later the messages changes to there is a delay. we will deliver soon.
