People to contact and the running of the company, especially with postage is excellent and portrays a very efficient network from a consumer point of view. And then in terms of product prices and deals for returning customers it is fair and always worth it for the quality of the items. The only room for improvement from a consumer point of view is the amount of products available could be increased even the same item in a different colour would be appreciated, but I only really buy a very specific niche of items and can’t say if this applies to the rest of the store, nevertheless more traditional designs and even different sizes would increase my purchases from the company.

Playwell was 5* with a decent website & fast dispatch. This is totally let down by using DHL as a courier. My order still hasn’t arrived despite being due 4 days ago. DHL keep failing to deliver & sending it back to the depot. A different delivery company would make a huge difference.
